Retention Scholarship to SC Girl Students :
** Application form for Award of Retention Scholarship to Scheduled Caste Girl Students
** Applicant can fill an application e-form for award of retention scholarship to scheduled caste girl students.
How to apply :
The applicant who wants to apply for award of retention scholarship to scheduled caste girl students shall submit the e-form duly filled-in. He/she shall state true facts in the application. Follow below instructions to access the application,
1. Click on Services and Forms on the portal.
2. Select Adi Dravidar Department.
3. List of all services under the department will be displayed. Depending on the method of submission, click one of the links displayed under Action.
4. Acknowledgement with a unique acknowledgment number will be provided.
5. Using the unique registration number, the applicant can check the status of the application on the state portal.
6. Once the status is complete the user has to meet the concerned department person along with the required original documents and collect the certificate from the department person.
Eligibility Criterion :
** Scheduled caste students converted to Christianity will not come under scheduled caste.
Supporting Documents :
** The required documents mentioned below are required to be submitted along with the e-form.
** Maximum file size should not be more than 4MB.
Attach scanned copy of :
1. Passport size photo copy duly attested by the head of the institution.
2. Caste Certificate.
3. Income Certificate.
4. Birth Certificate.
5. Forwarding Certificate from Headmaster/Headmistress/Principal.
6. Recent Caste, Nativity, Citizenship and Income Certificate (For the applicant belonging to Scheduled Caste).
NOTE :
1. The applications for payment of Retention Scholarship should be accompanied by the certificate of caste, income and birth.
2. Applications should be addressed to the Director, Adi Dravidar Welfare Department by designation only. The applications should be correctly filled.
