Application Form to Avail Scholarship for Students Studying Prior to Matriculation whose Parents Work for Unclean Occupation (only for Scavengers) :
Applicant can fill an application e-form for students studying prior to matriculation whose parents work for unclean occupation.

How to apply :
The applicant who wants to apply for students studying prior to matriculation whose parents work for unclean occupation shall submit the e-form duly filled-in. He/she shall state true facts in the application. Follow below instructions to access the application,
1. Click on Services and Forms on the portal.
2. Select Adi Dravidar Department.
3. List of all services under the department will be displayed. Depending on the method of submission, click one of the links displayed under Action.
4. Acknowledgement with a unique acknowledgment number will be provided.
5. Using the unique registration number, the applicant can check the status of the application on the state portal.
6. Once the status is complete the user has to meet the concerned department person along with the required original documents and collect the certificate from the department person.

Eligibility Criterion :
This scholarship will be awarded only to those students whose parents are involved in unclean occupation like cleaning, sweeping, dry toilet cleaning and toll urethral.

Supporting Documents :
** The required documents mentioned below are required to be submitted along with the e-form.
** Maximum file size should not be more than 2MB.

Attach scanned copy of :
1. Nationality / Residence-cum-Nativity / Annual income certificates of the parents.
2. Declaration by Father/Mother/Guardian.
3. Certificate of recommendation by school principal.

INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS :
1. This application form to avail scholarship must be attached with nationality/ Residence-cum-nativity/ annual income certificates of the parents.
2. The duly filled forms should be addressed to Director, Adi Dravidar welfare department. Forms which are not properly filled will not be considered for verification.
3. This scholarship will be awarded to students whose parents are involved in unclean occupation like cleaning, sweeping, dry toilet cleaning and toll urethral.

INSTRUCTIONS TO AWARD NATIONALITY/CITIZENSHIP :
1. This certificate has to be attached only by applicants who apply for scholarship whose parents are involved in unclean occupation.
2. This certificate must be attested only by concerned tahsildar or deputy tahsildar.
3. Since this certificate is considered as an important document, scholarship for education is awarded based on this. As this scholarship has to reach children of parents who do unclean occupation, the attesting officer is requested to take utmost Care and caution.
