CybageKhushboo Scholarship :

Khushboo Charitable Trust wants to act as a stepping-stone for promising students, who have the potential to build a successful career on the basis of their merit, however, cannot do so due to financial constraints.

With an intent to give financial support to as many deserving students as possible, the trust has kept the eligibility and selection process simple.

Eligibility Criteria :
The eligibility criteria for the scholarship program are:
1) The applicant must score a minimum of 60 percent in class X and class XII exams in the valid academic year.
2) The total family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh per annum.
3) The applicant must have secured admission in a government or a private college on the basis of merit and not through capitation.

Note:
** The Khushboo Charitable Trust office in Pune caters to the educational requirements of students in and around the city of Pune, while the Gandhinagar office works for the students in Gandhinagar and its adjoining areas.
** The trust authorities validate whether the applicant is eligible for the scholarship. After an exclusive interview and home visit, the selected candidates are offered scholarships. The decision of the trust is final and binding.

Documents to be attached with this form:
1. One passport-size photograph
2. Photocopies of the statements of marks (10th, 11th, 12th, Diploma, F.E. etc.)
3. Photocopy of CET/NEET/etc. mark sheet
4. Photocopy of school-leaving certificate/Bonafied certificate/10th certificate
5. Photocopy of Aadhar Card
6. Photocopy of caste certificate/Non-creamy layer
7. Photocopy of the documents, which show the income of your family
8. Passbook copies of parents from March, 2016 to May, 2016
9. Photocopy of bank passbook of student

Process to approve the scholarship to the applicant:
1. Scrutinizing the forms
2. Documents verification
3. Applicant’s interview
4. Home visit
5. Assessment of fees

Rules and regulations:
This is an initiative by Khushboo Charitable Trust to support needy students who face financial constraints to pursue their higher education. This program is solely based on the academic performance of the students and the desire to complete their studies.

The eligibility criteria for this scholarship program include the following:
1. The applicant must have passed 10th and 12th standard with minimum 60%.
2. The total annual income of the family should be less than 2.5 lacs.
3. The scholarship will be renewed on a yearly basis only.
4. The applicant needs to submit mark sheet and fee structure to get the scholarship for next year.
5. The scholarship will be discontinued in case the student fails in any subject during the academic year.
6. The form should be clearly and completely filled, if the candidate is filling it manually.
7. All the information/questions are mandatory to fill.
8. Trust will not consider the form, which is not filled properly.
9. In case of failure to submit any documents as requested, the trust will not consider the applicant’s form.
