What is MAHADBT Pre-Matric Scholarship For Class 5 to 10?

Pre-Matric Scholarship for Class 5 to 10, Maharashtra 2024 is an initiative by the Social Justice and Special Assistance, Government of Maharashtra, for SC category students studying in Classes 5 to 10 at government or private institutions. The selected students will receive a monthly scholarship of up to ₹100 per month for 10 months. Last date of scholarship application is 31st March 2025.

Eligibility of MAHADBT Pre-Matric Scholarship For Class 5 to 10

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
** belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) community
** be studying in Classes 5 to 10 in government, government-aided, or private non-aided schools in Maharashtra
** belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) category
** have passed in all subjects in the previous academic year

Note:
** Students must have passed the previous class to qualify for the scholarship.
** To receive the second installment of this scholarship, applicants should have at least 60% attendance in the current academic year.
** Students from all boards except those attending self-financing schools are eligible.

Benefits of MAHADBT Pre-Matric Scholarship For Class 5 to 10

The selected candidates will receive the following benefits:
Classes 5-7 : ₹50
Classes 8-10 : ₹100

Note:
** The maximum benefit duration is 10 months, if a student attends school for less than 10 months, they will receive payments only for the number of months they were enrolled in school, starting from their admission date.
** Disbursement will occur in two separate payments.

** Click on Forgot UserName, if you forgot your UserName entered while registration

Candidates will be selected based on merit and fulfilment of eligibility criteria
