What is Maharashtra Vocational Education Maintenance Allowance?

Vocational Education Maintenance Allowance for ST Students, Maharashtra is a program offered by the Maharashtra State Government’s Tribal Development Department to provide financial assistance to ST students enrolled in vocational courses. Selected students will receive an annual maintenance allowance of up to ₹10,000. Applicant who are enrolled for vocational education courses can apply for this scholarship. Parent income limit should be less than 2.5 lakhs. Last date of application is 31st March 2025.

Eligibility of Maharashtra Vocational Education Maintenance Allowance

** Applicable for ST caste only.
** If Family Income <= 2,50,000, he will get the scholarship. If income is >2,50,000 then he will get a freeship Renewal Policy : The student have to pass the previous year examination
** If student fails in any year then he is not paid the scholarship for that particular year

Benefits of Maharashtra Vocational Education Maintenance Allowance

Maintenance allowance is categorized by course duration[Hostellers/Day Scholors/Annum
** 4-5 Year Courses Rs 7,000/10,000 / Annum.2-3 Year Course Rs 5000/7000 / Annum
** 2 years or less Rs 5000/5000 / Annum

Eligible applicants can apply for the Maharashtra Vocational Education Maintenance Allowance through the following steps

** Enter your registered username
** Enter your Password
** Enter the security text shown in the image
** After confirm login password and security text click on Login Here button for login
** Click on Forgot Password, if you forgot your password entered while registration
** Click on Forgot UserName, if you forgot your UserName entered while registration

Note:
Candidates will be selected based on merit and fulfilment of eligibility criteria

Documents Required For Vocational Education Maintenance Allowance

1. Caste Certificate
2. Income Certificate
3. Previous year’s marksheet
4. Caste validity certificate
5. Declaration of Rector/Superintendent of the college

Terms and Conditions:
Candidates are required to pass the previous year’s examination to be eligible for scholarship renewal.
