What is Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship?
Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship 2024-25 is sponsored by Federal Bank Ltd. Students who are admitted in Academic year 2024-25 for pursuing the below courses. The scholarship is instituted in memory of our Founder, Late Shri K P Hormis. Application once submitted is final and will be accepted only through online mode. Multiple applications by an applicant will not be entertained. Incomplete Applications will not be accepted. Last date of Scholarship is 18th December 2024.
Who can Apply for Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship?
** Students who have secured admission under merit in the above-mentioned courses in Government/ Aided/ Government Recognised Self-financing/ Autonomous colleges.
** Students who are Dependent Wards of Martyred Armed Forces personnel and admitted in the above-mentioned courses.
** Speech/ Vision/ Hearing impaired students who have secured admission for all Degree/ Under Graduation courses or above listed professional courses.
** All applicants shall be first year students admitted in Academic year 2024-25 and natives of the states mentioned above.
** Annual family Income of applicants shall be less than ₹ 3 Lakh (Income criteria is not applicable for Dependent Wards of Martyred Armed Forces personnel).
Reservation for Physically Challenged Students :
** One seat in each discipline is reserved for physically challenged students.
** If no application is received under the physically challenged category, the seat will be utilized under the general category.

Scholarships are offered for the following courses:
** MBBS
** BE/ BTech
** B Sc. Nursing
** MBA (Full time)
** BSc Agriculture / BSc (Hons) Co-operation & Banking.
States Covered :
Students from the following states are eligible to apply for scholarships.
** Gujarat
** Karnataka
** Kerala
** Maharashtra
** Punjab
** Tamil Nadu
How to Apply for Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship?
** Students can apply for the Scholarship through the Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship Portal https://scholarships.federalbank.co.in:6443/fedschlrshipportal/
Students are required to upload the following documents while applying:
a. Photo of the student (Passport size, shall be less than 500 kb in .jpeg format)
b. Admission Letter/ Admission Memo
c. Course fee structure
d. Mark sheets of Qualifying Examination
e. Instructions from the University for converting the CGPA/ Grade into percentage (Mandatory for MBA Applicants)
f. Family income certificate issued by government authorities.
g. Nativity certificate.
h. ID proof & Address proof of Student and Parents.
i. Medical Certificate (applicable for physically challenged students & speech/ hearing/ vision impaired students).
j. In the case of dependant wards of Martyred Armed Forces Personnel who lost their life while serving the nation, evidence showing the same needs to be submitted.
Process Flow :
** Applicants will be shortlisted based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and income criteria stipulated.
** Shortlisted applicants will be called in for an interview at Zonal Offices/ Designated Offices for the verification of documents and confirming the eligibility for the scholarship.
** Based on the inputs, Federal Bank’s CSR Dept will review and publish the final list of eligible candidates in the Bank’s website.
Distribution of Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship
** Selected students will be reimbursed 100% of tuition fees and other educational expenses as per the college fee structure.
** Reimbursement is subject to a maximum of ₹ 1 Lakh per year throughout the course period.
** Students are eligible for one PC/ Laptop/ Tablet during their course of study.
Maximum reimbursement for PC/Laptop: ₹ 40,000.
Maximum reimbursement for Tablet: ₹ 30,000.
Overall eligibility remains within ₹ 1 Lakh per year.
