What Is KVB Scholarship Program?

KVB Scholarship Program 2024-25 is organized by Karur Vysya Bank (KVB). The program is designed to help students from government and government-aided colleges who are pursuing their education in fields such as Medical, Engineering, Agriculture, Arts & Science, Banking-related financial courses, and emerging areas like Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning. Eligible students who are residents of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana. Selected scholars will receive a multi-year financial assistance of INR 1,00,000 per annum. Last Date of Scholarship is 28th November 2024.

Eligibility Of KVB Scholarship Program

** Open to students pursuing Medical, Engineering, Agriculture, Arts & Science, banking-related financial courses, and emerging disciplines such as AI & Machine Learning.
** Only first-year undergraduate students across India are eligible.
** Students must be residents of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana.
** Applicants must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their previous class.
** Applicants’ annual family income should not exceed INR 6,00,000 from all sources.
** Children of employees of Karur Vysya Bank and Buddy4Study are ineligible.

Note:
** Self-financed courses are not covered under this scholarship.
** Only students enrolled in government or government-aided colleges are eligible.

** A Government-issued ID Proof (Aadhaar card/voter id card/driving license)
** Current year’s admission proof (fee receipt/institution identity card/bonafide certificate)
** Copy of Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets (self-attested)
** Family Income Proof (Salary Slips, Letter from an authorized government official, Parent’s Form 16/ last 6 months’ bank statement)
** Bank account details of the applicant (or parent)
** Recent Photograph

** If not registered, sign up on Buddy4Study using your Email/Mobile/Google account.
** You will be redirected to the ‘KVB Scholarship Program 2024-25’ application form page.
** Click the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the process.
** Fill in the required details in the online application form.
** Upload the relevant documents.
** Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click ‘Preview’.

Selection Process of KVB Scholarship Program

The selection of scholars for the ‘KVB Scholarship Program 2024-25’ will be made based on their academic merit and financial background.
It involves a multi-stage process, as detailed below:
** Initial shortlisting of applicants based on their academic merit (60%) and annual family income (less than INR 6,00,000) provided during the application process.
** Document checks and telephonic interviews by the Buddy4Study (B4S) team.
