What is TVSCSF TVS Cheema Scholarship?

TVS Cheema Scholarship 2024 is sponsored by TVS Cheema Scholarship Foundation TVSCSF. Students must be domiciled in Tamil Nadu. This scholarship program offers monetary aid to students applying for undergraduate engineering degree or diploma programs at accredited universities in Tamil Nadu, thereby supporting their educational journey. The scholarship for eligible students will cover tuition fees, hostel and mess expenses/transportation costs as applicable. Last Date of Scholarship is 07th July 2024.

Eligibility Criteria of TVS Cheema Scholarship

1. Candidates must be domiciled in Tamil Nadu.
2. They must be applying for or have applied to pursue an undergraduate engineering degree or diploma program at accredited universities in Tamil Nadu.
3. Only students admitted through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counselling for Engineering Courses / should be admitted through merit list in Regular Diploma Courses.
4. Candidates must have scored at least 60% marks in Class 12 (for undergraduate engineering degree) and Class 10 (for diploma).
5. The total annual family income of candidates from all sources should not exceed INR 8 lakh (for engineering) and INR 5 lakh (for diploma).

Note :
Eligibility is limited to 2024 pass-outs only, i.e., no gap year or repeat year is allowed.
Students admitted through the Management Quota are not eligible for the scholarship.

*Applicants must have completed Class 10 (for Diploma aspirants) or Class 12 (for Degree aspirants) from a school in Tamil Nadu, and they must be permanent residents of Tamil Nadu.

How to Apply for TVS Cheema Scholarship?

1. Click on the ‘Apply Now’
2. Login with your registered ID and land on the ‘Application Form Page’. or Register with your email, mobile, or Gmail account if not registered.
3. You will now be redirected to the TVS Cheema Scholarship 2024 application form page.
4. Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process. Fill in the required details in the online application form.
5. Upload relevant documents. Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’.
6. If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

Following documents are mandatory for TVS Cheema Scholarships 2024 application –
i. Class 10 marksheet (for diploma) or Class 12 marksheet (for degree)
ii. Government-issued address proof (e.g., Aadhaar card)
iii. Proof of family income (any one of the following documents)
** Income Tax Return (ITR) statement
** Salary slip
** Form 16 (if salaried)
** BPL/Ration Card
** Income proof certificate signed by Tehsildar/BDP (for rural areas)
** Letter/certificate from Gram Panchayat (signed and stamped)
iv. Photograph of the applicant
