What is Aspire Leaders Program Scholarship?
The global Aspire Leaders Program is a fully funded 14-week online leadership program offered by the Aspire Institute. It has been designed to help students unlock their potential and become well-rounded professionals. This program will empower the participants to explore their strengths and leverage them to create a positive impact in their communities. It is an interactive leadership development journey that is manageable alongside your other commitments. Last Date of Scholarship is 03rd July 2024.
Eligibility of Aspire Leaders Program Scholarship
** Open to students within the age group of 18-29 years.
** The annual household income of the applicants should be less than ₹8,00,000.
** Only first-generation learners are eligible to apply for the program.
** Participants who have enrolled in or completed an undergraduate program in the last three years are eligible to apply. (Note: Those who have enrolled in or completed a master’s or postgraduate program are not eligible to apply.)
** Applicants must have an intermediate level of proficiency in English.

Enhances Resume and Portfolio: The program will provide all the tools and techniques to help the participants stand out from their peers when applying for a job.
Free Access to Harvard Study Modules: Students will be provided exclusive access to Harvard career ready materials and other resources.
Live Interactive Masterclasses: Virtual sessions led by renowned faculty members from Harvard and other world-class institutions.
Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of each module, the participants will receive a certification of completion. A participant will receive 3 certificates in total if they complete the 3 modules.
Grant and Mentorship Opportunities: Seed funding of ₹85,000 will help students take risks and start initiatives that might positively impact social impact in their community or region. To avail of this seed funding, students will have to submit a project proposal.
** Community Action awards up to ₹8,50,000.

FAQ on Aspire Leaders Program Scholarship
1. What would be the standard time for the sessions in India?
Sessions are a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning. Module 2 faculty master classes are going to be morning est/evening IST. Exact time will be decided. Other self organized peer session times will be mutually decided by the small pods (8-10 students from around the world).
2. Which days would the session be conducted on?
Module 1 and 3 are self paced. Synchronous sessions for module 2 will be conducted between Monday-Friday and students get to pick which session they are likely to attend. Synchronous session times will be mutually decided by the small pods (8-10 students from around the world).
3. How many students would be attending each session?
We are anticipating each cohort to have approx 30k students, these students will be put into groups of 100 to discuss the content in each module. They will then self select into pods of 10 to work on assignments.
4. Would the teams remain the same throughout the modules?
The group of 100 would be the same, however, students always have the option to switch their pods.
5. What would the partners get out of it?
We are looking at collaborating and partnering with Universities and NGOs/Foundations if we can expect a steady stream of application from them year on year for ALP for a large pool of students.
