What is Rishikul Vidyapeeth Maya Sharma Scholarship Test?

Maya Sharma Scholarship Test (2024-25) MSST is sponsored by Rishikul Vidyapeeth. The School leaves no stone unturned to motivate the students in various forms. School has a well structured scholarship policy for awarding the talented scholars. Two types of scholarships i.e. Maya Sharma & S K Sharma Scholarships are given to the students. Last Date of Scholarship is 05th February 2024.

** First Three Position Holders of Classes V,VIII – XII
** 90% and above Scorers of Class X
** Top 50 Rank Holders of Maya Sharma Scholarship Test

Important Dates of Maya Sharma Scholarship Test

Registration open – 10th January 2024
Registration Close – 05th February 2024
Exam Date – 11th February 2024
Result Declaration – 28 February 2024
Result will be sent via Whatsapp on the registered contact numbers of the candidates.

How to Register for Maya Sharma Scholarship Test?

** Registration Form can be filled online as well as offline.
** It can be collected from School Reception.
** It will also be available on School Website and School Facebook Page.
Registration Fee: Rs 100 (to be paid at School Reception or via UPI)

Guidelines and procedure to fill the Online Registration From :
1. Kindly download guidelines & read all instructions carefully before you click on PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.
2. The name of the applicant, father’s name / mother’s name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates. No corrections will be allowed later on.
3. It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked (•) in red.ln case a field is not applicable to you please mention NA (Not Applicable).
4. An incomplete registration form will be automatically rejected.
5. After completing the form, click on ‘Submit’ button you will receive an acknowledgement receipt with your USER ID & PASSWORD .
6. You will also receive your USER ID and PASSWORD through an SkIS on your registered mobile.
7. The USER ID & PASSWORD should be preserved by the parent to check the online admission status of the applicant.
8. You are required to take a print of the Acknowledgement Receipt as well as the duly filled form
9. You are required to retain a copy of the acknowledgement receipt as well as the form for future correspondance.
10. If Already Registered, click on “Sign In” tab for the fee payment by using your ID and Password received on Registered mobile number after completing registration.

Make Payment :
** The School Management reserves the right to cancel the Scholarship Scheme without any prior notice.
** In case a student of class X is eligible for both categories of Maya Sharma Scholarship i.e. on the Basis of Marks in X Board Exam & Score / Rank in MSST, the higher of the two Scholarships will be applicable.

Guidelines For Parents of Maya Sharma Scholarship Test

1 Admission will be strictly on the basis of a candidate’s performance in Written Aptitude and Personality Tests
2 The candidate should report 15 minutes before the scheduled time
3 The Written Aptitude Test will be taken on the production of Registration Form only
4 The candidate should affix his/her self-attested passport size photo on the admit card before entering the Examination Centre
5 The Written Aptitude Test will be conducted in English, Maths and General Awareness to determine the eligibility of a candidate for admission
6 The Written Aptitude Test will be based on the previous class syllabus as prescribed by the CBSE
7 The Test will include Objective & Descriptive Questions
8 The Written Aptitude Test will be of two hours’ duration
9 There will be a Personality Test for all the qualified candidates after the Written Aptitude Test
10 Written Aptitude Test Schedule :
Aptitude Test 10 am – 12 noon
Personality Test 12 noon – 1 pm
Declaration of Result 1 pm
11 The result of the Test will be declared the same day
12 The Principal’s decision in the matter of admission is final and irrevocable
13 The School and the Hostel fees are realized only on the quarterly basis. Fee once deposited is neither refunded nor adjusted in any circumstances
14 Parents should minutely go through all the rules of the school prior to the student’s admission
15 Any case of dispute, if arises, shall be filed within the jurisdiction territory of Sonepat only
Note : It is mandatory to submit the requisite documents available alongwith the provisional admission fee within 10 days of the Principal’s approval for admission. Merely qualifying the test does not automatically ensure admission
