What is ALLEN Scholarship Admission Test?
ASAT is consist of multiple choice questions as per Topic-wise syllabus available on website. A student has to qualify ALLEN Scholarship Admission Test to take Admission in Yearlong ALLEN Classroom Program at Kota Center. To register for ASAT, either fill the Application Form available at ALLEN Kota Center or apply online at http://www.allen.ac.in. ASATs are conducted on scheduled dates for Admission in the Courses starting on various dates.

How to Apply for ALLEN Scholarship Admission Test?
1 Online Application Form:
You can fill an Online Application form through:
A. ALLEN Info & Admission App by making payment of 500/- ( 300/- for TALLENTEX-2024 appeared students).
B. Our website by making payment of 500/- ( 300/- for TALLENTEX-2024 appeared students).
2 OMR Application Form:
You can collect Application form from Our Admission Office / Information Centers on payment of 700/- only ( 500/- for TALLENTEX 2024 appeared students).
(You need not to purchase an OMR Application Form if you have already filled an Online Application form)
FOR COURSES WHERE ADMISSION MODE IS ALLEN SCHOLARSHIP ADMISSION TEST (ASAT).
i. You can fill Online Application Form two days before ASAT Date.
ii. You can also send completely filled OMR Application Form with recent Passport size color photograph to our Corporate Office (KOTA) or it can also be submitted in person at our Admission Office OR Information Center Office.
iii. Generate & print your ASAT admit card from our website and bring the same at the opted ASAT Test Center.
NOTE:
** To generate and Print your ASAT Admit Card on time, your duly filled OMR Application Form must reach at least three days before the ASAT Date.
** For Admission in a phase, student may appear in any one of the ASAT conducted before the Course Commencement Date.
** You can appear in only one ASAT through One Application Form.
** Without Admit Card you will not be allowed to appear in ASAT at Test Center.
Fee Deposition Mode
(Application form must be submitted at your nearest ALLEN Center prior to depositing fee.)
Through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI (No Extra Charges) :
Fee can be deposited through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI facility available at website
Through EMI :
You can pay fee in easy EMI at no Extra Cost. For more details visit our website
Through RTGS / NEFT :
In case of ASAT, this option is available after confirm selection in ASAT / in case of Direct Admission this option is available after the Form has been scanned at ALLEN (Offline) or Form No. has been generated (Online).
Fee can be deposited by filling details in RTGS form of any bank other than HDFC Bank.
Through Cash Deposition in Bank :
Fee in cash can also be deposited at any Branch of Central Bank of India / HDFC Bank after downloading Fee Challan from our website. (Bank Charges Extra)
Through Credit / Debit Card at office premises :
Fee can also be deposited at any Center office by swiping Credit Card / Debit Card. ( No Extra Charges ).
Through CTS Cheque :
Fee can also be deposited through Single Crossed CTS Cheque of the requisite amount at any of our Corporate Office / Admission Office .
** CTS Cheque should be in favour of “ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE PVT. LTD.” from Nationalized Bank, payable at center office where fees is being submitted.
** Student must write his/her Name, Form Number, Mobile No. on the back side of CTS Cheque.
** Please ensure balance in the account before depositing the Fee by Cheque. cutting & over writing is not allowed. CTS Cheque should be issued from the bank account of either student himself or his/her father / mother only (Third party cheque not allowed).
** BY POST: CTS Cheque can be sent through post / courier. Make sure that FEE must be received at our Corporate Office / Admission Office three days before the course commencement date.
** BY HAND: To deposit CTS Cheque by hand at our office, first the student has to collect a pre-printed fee challan from our any Admission Office and fill it carefully before depositing.
Important Points to Remember :
** Fee Deposition Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
** Fee in cash is not accepted at our office. Fee in cash can be deposited only at bank branch/counter.
** In case of Cheque Return by any reason, Student will not be allowed in class with immediate effect & legal action will be taken under the Negotiable Instrument Act. (CTS Cheque Return charge 500/-)
How to Apply for Scholarship?
** Scholarship Eligibility Criteria are mentioned in the relevant Course Page of the Course Booklet and on our website.
** Prescribed Scholarship Application Form can be obtained from our Admission Office.
** Scholarship request made verbally or through phone / email / fax shall not be entertained in any case.
** To avail the scholarship, student has to produce required Documents in Original for Verification & submit Photocopy (as mentioned below) along with the Scholarship Application form at the earliest at our Corporate Office (KOTA) / Admission Office.
** Last date to submit Scholarship Application Form is 30/09/2024. No application for scholarship there after shall be accepted in any case.
Important Information :
** Students of whom Result of X Board / XII Board / NEET (UG) 2024 / JEE (Main) 2024 / JEE Advanced 2024 is awaited at the time of Admission can also Apply for Scholarship at later stage (before last date) with the below mentioned documents, if eligible.
** In case of Applying for Scholarship after taking Admission you can avail scholarship either:
a. At the time of paying Second Installment / Third Installment, or
b. By applying for Scholarship Disbursement.
** Disbursement of Scholarship will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account by 30/09/2024 or 1 month from the date of Application (whichever is later) through NEFT / RTGS only. For this you have to submit cancelled cheque or bank passbook first page copy along with scholarship form.
** Scholarship provided on the basis of Class X / Class XII (result declared in 2024) will be provided in Current Academic Session (2024-25) only.
** Scholarship provided on the basis of CBSE XII Board / ICSE XII Board (TS04, TS06, MS04,MS06, ES04, ES06) will be counted on the basis of aggregate of all subjects as mentioned in Marksheet.
** Scholarship provided on the basis of NEET (UG) 2024 / JEE (Main) 2024 / JEE (Advanced) 2024 will be provided only in Current Academic Session (2024-25) only.
** Scholarship awarded in ASAT will be on the basis of students performance.
** The Scholarship amount will be calculated on either: (a) Total amount in case of installment payment, OR (b) Lump sum amount in one-time payment.
** Scholarship for siblings will be available only for real brother/sister (s).
