ShalaDarpan Pre Matric Scholarship
The Rajasthan State Scholarship Portal is an integrated e-Governance Portal for automation, streamlining & effective management of scholarship schemes being implemented in the state of Rajasthan across various departments.
Rajasthan State Scholarship Portal envisioned to bridge the gap between the scholarship providers and scholarship seekers thus, encouraging more students to be in the system.
How it Works?
Step 1 : Check Eligibility
Every student/parent/guardian can check eligibility according to few basic requirements and inform School Head.
Step 2 : Document Verification
After informing School all documents should be submitted for verification as per given scholarship requirements as per instruction of School Head.
Step 3 : Fill Application & Allotment
Once all documents received School Head will complete student’s application and lock (forward) it for Office for further process.
Step 4 : Payment By Office
Once Office reviews application and approves it, the application will be cleared for scholarship payment and amount will be directly credited into student’s verified bank account.

1. What types of scholarships are available?
Currently Pre Matric (For Secondary, Elementary and Sanskrit Schools) and Post Matric (For Secondary Schools) are present.
2. Should I apply again for renewal of Scholarship?
Each Academic Year school re-apply for student scholarship if he or she is eligible for it.
3. What happens, if School detect mistakes after forwarding the applications to the Office?
School can ask its particular Office to reject the application which will be shown back to school where it can correct any details.
4. What all documents I have to submit to successfully get scholarship allotment?
You have to submit Original Caste Certificate, Original Income Certificate, Original Janaadhaar, Original Aadhaar, Yearly Documents. Schools would verify the original certificates & return back to the students.
5. How as a student can I check my scholarship status?
You can ask your School Principal or check your own on “Know Your Status” page.
6. Can I apply for Scholarship if I do not have my Janaadhaar ID?
No, Janaadhaar Card ID is mandatory to get successful scholarship allotment.
7. Can Office reject any scholarship application?
Yes, Office can reject any application based on certain conditions.
8. What if I am facing problem related to the allotment process?
