Refund Policy :
Self-Paced Learning :
You can raise a refund request within 5 days of purchase of course. This will go void if the participant has accessed more than 15% of the content or downloaded any learning materials (video/audio/documents etc.).
Any refund request beyond 5 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided whatsoever.
Instructor Led Training :
You can raise a refund request within 5 days of purchase of course. This will go void if the participant has accessed more than 15% content of any e-learning course or has attended online sessions or received recordings for more than 1 day.
Also, if you’ve downloaded any learning material(s) for the course, the money back guarantee will be void. Any refund request beyond 5 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
For Degree/Post-Graduate Programs :
No refund will be applicable once part/full payment is done.
