AIPMST Scholarship Test

AIPMST (Secondary) is one of the premier medical entrance scholarship examinations in the country. It supports the qualified medical aspirants to pursue education in MBBS and BDS courses.

AIPMST (Secondary) examination provides a platform of support to all MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS aspirants by granting them scholarship on qualifying it to pursue medical education. It is also one of the most popular scholarship examinations among the medical students in the country. It is purely a merit-based examination. It is conducted on national level every year.

Eligibility Criteria

Academic Criteria:
The candidate must have passed the final examination of 10+2 (Class- XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with 60 % marks in all subject. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination may also appear at AIPMST (Secondary) – 2021 provisionally.

Note:
The total number of attempts for General and OBC candidates is three, whereas the total number of attempts for SC/ST/PH is five.

Age Limit:
Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st Oct. 1995 are eligible to apply for AIPMST (Secondary) – 2021. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who are born on or after October 01, 1990 are also eligible. The date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate shall only be considered valid.

How To Apply?

Step 1:  Registration at www.aipmstsecondary.co.in
Applicants are requested to register themselves at www.aipmstsecondary.co.in with their active Email id and Mobile Number. Once registered, applicants need to confirm their mobile number through OTP.

Step 2: Complete the application form
Once applicants get registered at www.aipmstsecondary.co.in, they can proceed with the registered mobile number and password to complete the application form.

Step 3: Photograph & Aadhaar card no.
Applicants have to upload their scanned copy of a recent color photograph in .jpg / .jpeg and .png format only and fill in the Aadhaar Number.

Step 4: Application Fee Payment
The applicants must fill up their application forms, pay fees, and submit them online. Applicants have to pay their examination fee as mentioned in the table below online through Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking or any other medium updated on the webpage.

Step 5. Submission of application form:
Applicants have to submit their duly filled up application form online by clicking the submit button.

Scholarship Procedure

NEET aspirants who are looking for scholarships can apply AIPMST (Secondary) – 2021 application online. Those students who will clear both NEET and AIPMST (Secondary), will be awarded scholarship based on AIPMST Secondary marks after getting the admission in Govt./Private medical colleges through NEET.

So, they need to first complete the admission procedure of NEET for Govt./Private medical colleges. After the completion of admission process of NEET, qualified candidates would be facilitated by scholarship. The student has to provide a copy all documents received during admission in medical colleges (2021-22), to AIPMST (Secondary) as a proof of admission.

After the completion of admission process, qualified candidates would be facilitated by scholarship. Please note that all documents and certificates are duly correct. No backlogs shall be considered and if candidate furnishes incorrect, false or misguiding information, the candidate shall be considered at fault and his or her candidature shall be cancelled.

Note:
If any candidate is found ineligible for admission at a later stage, his or her admission stands null and void, and scholarship will be cancelled.
