Shriram Capital Scholarship is an initiative of Shriram Capital Limited to financially support school students in completing their secondary education (Class 10-12) and fulfilling their dreams.

About the Program
This pan India scholarship programme is meant for children of commercial vehicle drivers who belong to economically weaker sections of society.
This scholarship is part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives run by Shriram Capital Limited. Shriram Capital Ltd (SCL) is the overarching holding company of the financial services businesses of the Shriram Group. Over the years, the Shriram Group companies have been running various social welfare programmes with a focus on issues related to education, health care, promotion of art, gender equality among others.
Eligibility
** Open for students studying in Class 10, 11 or 12.
** Applicants must be Indian national only.
** The annual family income must be less than INR 4,00,000 (4 lakh) per annum.
** Applicants must be children/wards of commercial vehicle drivers.
How to Apply?
Eligible students can apply to this scholarship by following the steps below
Steps :
Step 1 : Visit the official website and click on ‘Apply Now’ link.
Step 2 : Login to Buddy4Study using registered login process to access the ‘Application form’. If not registered on Buddy4Study – Sign up at Buddy4Study with Email/Facebook/Gmail account.
Step 3 : Select the option of scholarship programme you wish to apply for and click on ‘continue’ button
Step 4 : Fill the scholarship application form
Step 5 : Upload the required documents with the application
Step 6 : Click on ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process
Documents Required
** Photo identity proof
** Address proof
** Income proof (Form 16A/income certificate from government authority/salary slips, etc.)
** Proof of admission (School ID card/Admission Receipt etc.)
** Current academic year fee receipt
** Bank account details of the scholarship applicant (cancelled cheque/passbook copy)

Selection Process
The selection of scholars for Shriram Capital Scholarship involves a multi-stage process. The scholars will be selected after a thorough assessment of percentile ranking based on previous class performance, family income and background of all the applicants.
