Objective

The objective of the R.D. BIRLA Scholarship Exam is to identify young talents and support their dream of achieving the next level of academic excellence.

Eligibility

Students from grades 1 to 10 of all recognized education boards in India can participate in this exam.

Modes of Exam

Due to the pandemic, the exam will be conducted keeping in mind the safety of the participants. The R.D. BIRLA Scholarship Exam team is conducting the exam in two different modes.

1. Online Mode :
India’s first scholarship exam at the safety of your home. The Online Test will be conducted in a proctored environment while maintaining the authenticity and reliability of the prestigious test.

2. At the Exam Centers :
The candidate has to report at the allotted exam center on the scheduled date and time to appear for the exam.

Step 2 : Read the instructions carefully and click on the “Register” link.

Step 3 : You need to have Registered account to submit online application form.
Step 4 : After creating account, fill the application form with the required details.
Step 5 : Already Registered Member can Login and apply for the scholarship.

** The scholarship exam will consist of only one exam paper

** Top performers selected from the National Level category will be awarded scholarship worth Rs. 1,00,000 (maximum).

FAQs

1. When will I get the admit card?
You will get the admit card in the first week of November subject to the condition that you have paid the exam fee.

2. What type of questions will be asked in the exam?
Higher Order Thinking Questions will be asked in the exam. These questions will be from the field of Science/EVS or Math; current or previous grades. All questions will be application-based.

3. What is the reporting time?
All candidates have to report on 27th November 2020 at 10:30 AM at the exam center unless there is any change in time printed on their admit card. Candidates coming late will not be given entry to the exam centre.

4. Is the exam a paper pen-based or computer-based online test?
** It depends on the Exam Mode that the participant has opted for at the time of registration.
** For the participants who have opted for Online Mode, it is going to be a computer based Online Test.
** For the participants who have opted for an Exam Center based test, it is going to be a paper-pen based test.

5. Where can I get a sample or previous year’s papers?
There is no prescribed book to practice for the exam as the questions will be application-based. The questions will be based on your daily experiences. Hence, sample papers or previous year’s papers are unavailable.
