** Online Application Form filling for Post Matric Scholarship and Pre Matric Scholarship for academic year 2015-16 is live now and last date is 30/11/2015.

** For academic year 2015-16 new User registration are available now.

** All those colleges for them college mapping is completed and same is approved from PO office, if there are some courses still not mapped, should immediately contact project office.

** In all such cases colleges is requested to submit necessary documents for the course(s) to project office.Project officer will then produce such course mapping cases to commissioner office in the prescribed format.

Documents required to get college mapping approval from PO :

Parent Body:
** Copy of the registration certificate.

College:
** Copy of affiliation letter of the university.
** Copy of the permission letter of the Government and UGC.

Courses:
** Copy of the permission letter of the University for the course and specialisation.
** Copy of the permission letter of AICTE in case of professional courses ( wherever applicable).
** Copy of the permission letter of the Government.

Only those colleges approved by PO will be seen to the students while applying for Scholarships. In case any college is not seen by students during application, they should approach the concerned college for the same.

Starting this year, following changes have been introduced for online Post Matric Scholarships :
** Tribal Development Department has taken the College Master and Course Master from the Universities Database from this Year.
** All the Colleges already registered and receiving grants till now will have to again complete a mandatory College Name Mapping step in the system.
** All registered Colleges need to login and map their old college name with their new College name as registered in the University provided as a dropdown in the system.
** PO needs to approve the New College name mapping after verifying necessary Registration Documents of Colleges.
** Only those colleges approved by PO will be seen to the students while applying for Scholarships.
** Only the approved University Courses of such colleges will be eligible for Scholarship reimbursement. After this the colleges can enter fee for all courses / all years since there are new modified course names.

If an existing College/Course Name (i.e. Colleges having a login) is not available in the system, then following process has to be followed:
** College to Submit necessary College registration, University Affiliation and permission documents (mentioned above) at PO Office.
** PO office to verify the documents and submit a letter to Commissionerate that information is verified and correct.
** Commissionerate to issue a order for approval to add college/course in the system.
** After getting the approval from Commissionerate college / course will be added.

In case you have forgotten UserID or Password,please contact your college or Project Office. Do not register again.

You need not register multiple times for getting benefits of Tribal Development Department Schemes. You can use same UserID and Password to apply for all the schemes.If you have registered multiple times and have query regarding UID (AADHAR Number) please contact your College or Project Office.

Please update Aadhar Number information if you have received Aadhar Number.

Note:
** College must enter the course fee details and respective Project Office will approve it.The College user manual is available on website.
** The Caste Validity Certificate is mandatory to be submitted by Student for all Professional Courses.
** The submission of Statement-B report to the respective Project Officers is mandatory for all colleges.
