AIEESE All India Engineering Entrance Scholarship Examination – Secondary examination will help in getting full tuition fees for studying in any 19 IITs (through JEE Adv.), 31 NITs (through JEE Main) and 1000 Govt. approved AIEESE participating institutes (through AIEESE – Primary).

To qualify for a scholarship, an applicant must apply for AIEESE – Secondary and study a course approved by the Foundation and meet specified eligibility criteria.

For applying in AIEESE – Secondary candidates should have passed 12th (10+2) standard examination from any government – recognized board with minimum 50% marks in PCM / PCB in Higher Secondary Examination. Candidates who have appeared for their 12th (10+2) final examinations and awaiting results are also eligible to apply.

Scholarship Details:

First 5000 rank holders in JEE (Adv.), opportunity to study in IITs.
First 20000 rank holders in JEE (Main), opportunity to study in NITs.
First 100000 rank holders in AIEESE – Primary, opportunity to study 1000 Govt. approved AIEESE – Participating Institutes.
Examination will be conducted on 5th May, 2016 from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm.
Application Fees: Rs.1550/- (GEN / OBC) & Rs.1150/- (SC / ST / PH).

Scholarship Procedure:
Scholarship procedure for studying in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT):
** Applicants who are applying for AIEESE – 2016 and JEE (Adv.) have to qualify in AIEESE – Secondary entrance examination and should get a valid rank in JEE (Adv.). Only those students would be awarded scholarship according to layout of Scholarship for Studying in IIT.

** In this process of scholarship there is no need to attend counselling of AIEESE. Students have to attend JEE (Adv.) counselling and take admission in any IITs.

** In about 2nd or 3rd week of October, applicants have to register for scholarship i.e. they have to apply for registration which will be announced on 2nd or 3rd week of October 2016 on the website www.aieese.co.in. Duration of applying for registration would be 2 weeks only.

** Applicants will receive scholarship in the month of December in their personal active bank accounts only. During registration of scholarship applicants have to mention their bank account details, and have to upload or send a Bonafide Certificate, fee structure of institute, admission receipt etc. to get the scholarship.
** For getting scholarship applicant must have their own active bank account.

Scholarship procedure for studying in National Institute of Technology:
** Applicants who are applying for AIEESE – 2016 and JEE (Main) have to qualify in AIEESE – Secondary entrance examination and should get valid a rank in JEE (Main). Only those students would be awarded scholarship according to layout of Scholarship for Studying in NIT.

** In this system of scholarship there is no need to attend counselling of AIEESE. The candidate has to attend JEE (Main) counselling and take admission in any NITs. (Scholarship will not be given to applicants who are taking admission in any institute other than NITs, Institute like centrally funded institute, deemed universities and any other autonomous university on basis of JEE (Main) rank.)

** In about 2nd or 3rd week of October, applicant has to register for scholarship i.e. they have to apply for registration which will be announced on 2nd or 3rd week of October 2016 on the website www.aieese.co.in. Duration of applying for registration will be 2 weeks only.

** Applicants will receive scholarship in the month of December in their own / personal active bank accounts only. Scholarship procedure for studying in under AIEESE Participating Institutes:
** Applicants who are applying for AIEESE – Primary and AIEESE – Secondary have to qualify in AIEESE – Secondary entrance exam and having rank up to 1, 00,000 in AIEESE – Primary, have to apply for counseling of AIEESE either through online or offline mode, in which they will get an option to choose the institute and desired branch.

** After filling all the choices, applicant will get 5 final choices from which applicant has to choose one institute for which he/she will get an admission receipt, in which name of institute and branch would be mentioned. Applicant has to take admission in the allotted institute as per on the admission receipt.

** In about 2nd or 3rd week of October, applicant has to register for scholarship i.e. they have to apply for registration which will be announced on 2nd or 3rd week of October 2016 on the website www.aieese.co.in. Duration of applying for registration will be 2 weeks only.

** Applicants will receive scholarship in the month of December in their own/personal active bank accounts only. Four Simple steps:
Step 1. Fill online Application :
Students have to fill their Online Application as per ‘the norms prescribed on the website : www.aieese.co.in

Step 2. Upload Images (Photograph, Signature & LTI) :
In the second step applicants have to upload their recent Photograph, their Signature and LTI in JPG Format.

Step 3. Pay Examination Fee online by Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking :
In the third step of the application procedure students have to pay their Examination Fee online by Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking.

Step 4. Online Application Submit :
In the fourth step applicants have to submit their online Application.

Download the Application form after completion and take a clear print out preferably coloured.

Step 3. Paste recent hardcopy of coloured passport size photo; append signature, impress LTI & attach Demand Draft:
Applicants have to paste the hard copy of their recent passport size colour photo on the application form. Students also have to attach their signature and LTI along with a Demand Draft and sign behind it.

Step 4. Send hardcopy of complete Application of AIEESE along with the enclosures by post / courier:
All the applicants have to send the hard copies of their complete application form along with all the enclosures (required documents) either by post or courier to AIEESE official address, mentioned in the website.

Step 1. Fill Offline Printed Application:
The eligible candidates have to fill offline Printed Application completely and to check all details carefully.

Step 2. Paste recent coloured passport size photo; append signature & impress LTI :
Applicants have to paste the hard copy of their recent passport size colour photo along with their signature and LTI on the application form.

Step 3. Attached Demand Draft :
In the third step of the application procedure students have to attach a Demand Draft and sign behind it.

Step 4. Offline Application Submit :
Send the hardcopy of complete Application of AIEESE along with the enclosures by post / courier to AIEESE official address mentioned in the Information Brochure and website.

Note :
Fill the OMR application form completely and firmly paste a recent photograph in the space provided and also append your signature in black ball point pen within box provided below the photograph (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm).
Make payment through Demand Draft in favour of BRAINZTORM TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE PVT. LTD. payable at NEW DELHI
