Japan-IMF Scholarship Program for Asia (JISPA) 2016-17 with National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) :
1. The IES Division, Department of Economic Affairs, being the Cadre Controlling Authority of the Indian Economic Service (IES), invites applications from eligible and willing officers belonging to the 2010 Batch of IES and earlier for the Japan-IMF Scholarship Program for Asia (JISPA) 2016-17. The IES Cadre would nominate 3 (Three) IES offlrcers for the following program:
National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) – Macroeconomic Policy Program [Master of Public Policy – I year program]
2. The benefits of the program along with the details are available in the JISPA Brochure which may be accessed by clicking on the following link: imf.org/external/oap/pdf/JlSPA2016-web.pdf
3. The Last Date for receipt of applications for the partnership track is 1st December, 2015. The expression of interest from eligible IES Officers duly forwarded through proper channel only shall be considered for nomination for the JISPA 2016 program. The applications must, therefore, reach the IES Cadre positively by 20th November, 2015
Expression of interest by an officer should not be construed as automatic nomination for the program.
The final selection would be done by JISPA/IMF authorities.
