The govt of andhra pradesh has come up with an innovative scheme of mukhyamantri yuvanestham which will benefit around 12 lakh unemployed youth based on the eligibility criteria in andhra pradesh.

Objective

Youths will get this monthly allowance to pursue skill development courses and reduce the burden on the family of unemployed youths.

Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Eligibility

** Applicants must be unemployed and should be native of Andhra Pradesh.
** Minimum educational qualification should be Graduation or any Diploma of two years and above duration.

** Should be in the age group of 22-35 years.
** Caste and Community preference will be given as per norms.
** Should belong to a family below poverty line. All the eligible beneficiaries from the family shall be considered.

** Movable / Immovable properties – Having 4 wheelers are ineligible.
** Those who have availed financial assistance / loan under any state government sponsored self-employment scheme of above Rs. 50,000/- subsidy are not eligible.

** Those who are working pursing formal education are not eligible.
** Those who are working in public / private sector / quasi-government or those self-employed are not eligible for the assistance.

** Applicant should not be an employee dismissed from Central / State government service. The applicant should not have been convicted of any criminal offence.

Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Registration

Just follow the below steps to register for Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham/ Unemployment Allowance scheme 2018.

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham through the URL provided above.
Step 2 : To apply Yuvanestham scheme, click on “APPLY NOW/LOGIN” button.

Step 3 : Please ensure that the following documents are ready during the registration process and click on close button to close the window.
Step 4 : Enter yuvanestham beneficiary Aadhaar number, and click on “SEND OTP” button, OTP will be sent to Aadhaar linked mobile number.

Step 5 : Enter received OTP and click on “VERIFY OTP (Note : Resend OTP will be enabled after 1 minute)” button after successful verification of OTP page redirects to “My Profile” page.

Documents Required

Please Ensure that the following documents are ready during the registration process
** Aadhaar Number.
** Mobile Number Linked With Aadhaar.

** Original or Xerox copy and image of Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate Certificates.To Enter the Register/Hallticket Number Available in Certificate.

Usual processing time for Aadhaar data update is 10-15 days.

3. Amount of allowance per month and whether it is uniform to all ie, Degree/P.G/Diploma Polytechnic etc.,?
Amount of allowance will be Rs.1000/- p.m., which will be uniform to all

4. Whether the candidate is eligible if his parents/family members are getting social pension?
Though the parents/family member are getting social pensions, the eligible unemployed youth will be considered for assistance.

5. Is there any preference for differently-AIM for persons In the scheme?
Those who are getting pension under Physically Handicapped quota are not eligible.

6. Are the youth who have availed loans under self-employment programmes of different corporations are eligible?
Those who have availed financial assistance/loan under any state/central government sponsored self-employment scheme above Rs.50,000/- subsidy are not eligible.

7. Whether allowance is given along with apprenticeship/internship?
Yes; allowance along with the amount for apprenticeship/internship will be given as norms.

8. Whether the youth who are working on outsourcing/contract basis/private establishments are eligible?
Not eligible. To be specific the details of employees who are enrolled under EPF will be integrated with the data base and if they are found to be working on outsourcing/contract basis/private establishments will be rejected.
