SD-SEED Adoption Scholarship Program
There are numerous intelligent and academically inclined students who have a deep desire to pursue their education, but, they are unable to do so due to financial constraints. If financially supported, they would able to achieve their educational goal.

Many individuals and organizations expressed their heartfelt desire to collaborate with us in this noble cause of awarding financial scholarships to such students.
In order to support these individuals and organizations in reaching out to the students through SD-SEED, the ‘Adoption Scholarship Program’ was launched.
Process To Adopt?
Just follow the below steps to apply for the Adoption Scholarship Program.
Steps :
Step 1 : Visit the official website of Suresh Dada Scheme for Educational and Entrepreneurial Development provided above.
Step 2 : Download the Adoption Form from the official website or you can directly download it from below mentioned link.
Download Application Form :

Step 3 : Send the duly filled form along with a copy of your PAN card to SD-SEED Office.
Step 4 : You may select the student based on the various options given in the Form.
Instructions
** Donation for one child depends on stream, can be from Rs.5,000 to Rs.65,000.
** Donation will be exempted under Income Tax Section 80G Benefits.
** Cheque/DD should be in favour of

Selection Criteria
** The Criteria and Selection Process is as per the Matoshri Premabai Jain Higher Education Scholarship Program.
** Scholarship amount is conferred and distributed along with Matoshri Premabai Jain Higher Education Scholarship.
** The decision of scholarship amount is made by Selection Committee of SD-SEED.
** Donors will not be allowed to contact Beneficiaries directly or indirectly, so that Beneficiaries stay focused on their education.
Education Record Online
** Education records of adopted beneficiaries are maintained online.
** Annual Progress Report of the Adopted Beneficiary is sent to Donor.

Donation amount can be given based on data available for various educational streams as per the Fees Structure given below.
