Post Matric scholarship(SC/ST/SCC) Renewal Application is enabled for the year 2018-2019 from 09-01-2019.

PMSS Eligibility

** Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe Boy/ Girl Students studying beyond 10th Std
** Parent/ Guardian Annual Income does not exceed Rs.2.50 lakhs (Gross income of all categories will be taken into account)

PMSS Apply Online

Just follow the below steps to apply for the Post Matric scholarship Renewal 2018-19.

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of Tamil Nadu e-District through the URL provided above.
Step 2 : Then login with your Username and Password.

Step 3 : Fill the required details to complete the application form.
Step 4 : After complete your registration you will get a confirmation message.

Step 2 : Enter Your User Name *

Student Status

Please enter the following details to check your Student Status,

Steps :
Step 1 : Visit the official website and click on the “Status” link in the menu bar.
Step 2 : Enter Your Academic Year * ( eg: 2015-2016 )
Step 3 : Enter Your Student Id * [123456]
Step 4 : Click on the “View Status” button

Maintenance Allowance

** All compulsory and non-refundable fees, payable to Govt. / Govt. aided schools and colleges are sanctioned as Scholarship with maintenance allowance.
** Fees fixed by the committee are exempted for the students studying in self finance colleges. Students are sanctioned maintenance allowance.

Maintenance Charges :
** Day Scholars – Rs. 230/- to Rs. 550/- per month
** Hostellers – Rs. 380/- to Rs. 1200/- per month

Free Schemes

1. Text Books :
All students studying in standards 1 to 12th in Adi Dravidar Welfare Schools and Government Tribal Residential Schools.

2. Note Books :
All students studying in Standard 1st to 10th in Adi Dravidar Welfare Schools and Tribal Residential Schools.

3. Uniforms :
All students studying from I to XII Standards in Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Schools, 4 sets of uniforms will be supplied at free of cost (Including the students studying at AD & TW hostels)

4. Bicycles :
Bicycles are supplied free of cost to Adi Dravidar /Tribal / Adi Dravidar converted to Christianity Girls & Boys studying in Std XIth & XIIth in Government / Government Aided Schools and partly Government aided schools, where +1 & +2 are conducted under self finance basis.

5. Admission of Adi Dravidar / Tribal students in +1 at reputed schools :
With a view to give quality education, 10 outstanding students from each District covering totally 320 Adi Dravidar/Tribal students who secure highest marks in X standard in Government / Corporation / Municipal / Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare schools are selected and admitted in +1 in the reputed private schools.

PMSS Last Date

The last date for renewing the PMSS renewal application is extended till 15-02-2019 for the year 2018-19.
