Exam Details

** Test syllabus – Grade 8 (CBSE) Math & Science
** Duration of the test – 2 hrs.
** Exam Dates – 20.1.19 , Sunday & 10.2.19 , Sunday
** Scholarship test will be conducted at centers in Chennai | Vellore | Pondicherry | Chitoor | Chengalpattu

Note :
*Boarding only for boys.
*Accommodation will be facilitated for families moving closer to school premises in Chennai.

Online Registration

Scholarship test for four year (grade 9-12) school programme only for students studying class 8. Just follow the below steps to register for the Rishs International School Scholarship Test 2019.

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of Rishs International School through the URL provided above.

Step 2 : Then fill the registration form with the following details,

Step 3 : Finally click on the “Submit” button to complete the registration.

Admission Guidelines

Step 1 : Meeting the admission counsellor
** The admission counsellor will be available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm . The parent and the candidate have to meet the admission counsellor.
** The admission counsellor will give a briefing on the school policy and a tour of the school campus and the features inside.

Step 2 : Procuring the application form and the prospectus.
** The application and prospectus should be procured at the respective counter by paying the non-refundable registration fee.

Step 3 : Registering for the course
** The filled – in application form along with the checklist of the documents submitted should be handover to the officer concerned.

Step 4 : Appearing for the concept test
** The candidate appears for a concept test to test the competency of the student in english , math and tamil or hindi .

Step 5 : Interview with the Principal
** The admission officer submits the scores and the feedback from the panel of evaluators to the head of the institution.
** The Principal interacts with the student seeking admission and the parents.

Step 6 : Confirmation of admission
** The admission confirmation is informed via an email or phone call to the parent by the admission department.

Supporting Documents

** Photocopy of the birth certificate.
** Transfer certificate (TC) from the school last attended.
** Photocopy of the previous year scholastic achievement records of the preceding class.
** Parent / Local guardian proof of identity and address .
** Parent employment ID/ business Card.
** 5 Passport size photograph.
** 5 Stamp size.
** Community certificate.
** Photocopy of the valid passport (overseas/ NRI students).
** Medical Certificate from an authorized medical practitioner for students with acute/chronic ailment /allergies/ special needs (if any).
** Co-scholastic credentials (if any).

1. Photocopies of all the supporting documents are required at the time of admission.
