With regard to your application for Scheme for Award of Fellowships to Outstanding Persons in the field of Culture for the year 2018-19, you are requested to appear for interview before the Expert Committee at 09.30 AM on the dated mentioned against your name/enrolment no. in the list given below at the following address

Documents Required

You are requested to bring the below mentioned documents at the time of interview
1. Filled in and duly signed print-out of the application form with passport size photograph pasted on it.

2. Detailed project proposal (Original work in case of Visual Art).
3. Original documents in support of ‘Date of Birth along with Self attested copied of these.

4. Original documents in supports of educational qualifications and Self attested copies of these (only in case of candidate who have applied for New Areas).

5. The applicants who are employed must send an NOC/consent letter of their employer.

6. If the applicant is employed in the Central/State Government Departments/Institution/university etc., a written assurance from his/her Head of Department that in case the Fellowship is sanctioned, the candidate would be granted leave for the duration of the Fellowship.

7. You are also requested to furnish an undertaking
(i) Whether you are employed in the Central/State Government Departments/Institution/university etc. or not employed by any organization.
(ii) Whether you have availed Junior Fellowship earlier.

Instructions

Outstation candidate will be reimbursed IInd sleeper class to and fro train/ordinary bus fare from the railway station/bus-stand nearest to their place of residence, to railway station/bus -stand of the venue city, subject to production of tickets (Photocopy). Reimbursement of conveyance within the city is not admissible.

You may ensure that you fulfill all the conditions and you are within the prescribed age group of 25 to 40 years as on 01-04-2018 for the year 2018-19, failing which no reimbursement of TA shall be made by the Ministry/CCRT, and will not be entitled/allowed to appear before the Selection Committee/Jury. No request for postponement of this interview will be entertained.
