Bahushrut Foundation SSC Level Scholarship

Applications for scholarships are invited in the first week of July every year through press release in all the leading news papers and magazines and circulars to all the schools for the deaf in Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Eligibility

Only those hearing impaired students who have passed in June 2019 from regular Secondary Schools for normal children in Maharashtra and Gujarat are eligible to apply.

Application Procedure

Just follow the below steps to apply for the SSC Level Scholarship 2019.

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of Nilam Patel Bahushrut Foundation provided above.
Step 2 : Then download the application form from the official website or you can directly download it from below mentioned link.

Step 3 : Students can download and submit duly filled application forms along with necessary documents during 1st July to 31st August.

Step 4 : The Form should be printed out. The duly filled form should be sent to the Administrative Office of the trust along with the necessary documents duly attested to the following address

Documents Required

Following documents duly certified (attested as True Copy) must accompany the application form

1. SSC Board examination certificate & mark sheet.
2. School leaving certificate.
3. Preliminary Examination Certificate. (Typed mark sheet on school letter head will be accepted)

4. Latest audiogram taken at government hospital or institute.
5. Certificate of deafness.
6. Latest passport size photograph to be pasted in space given.
7. Evidence of admission in college or institute.

Special Awards

Besides scholarships, 7 awards are given for academic excellence to the top 7 students every year. 2 awards in each category at SSC, HSC and Graduate level and 1 award at Post Graduate level examinations have been instituted and are given to students who secure highest and second highest marks.

** Vasumati M Shah Award for Academic Excellence – 2nd rank holder at SSC level

** Pushpaben R Vora Award for Academic Excellence – 1st rank holder at HSC level
** Jayaben N Parikh Award for Academic Excellence – 2nd rank holder at HSC level

** Dahyabhai C Sutaria Award for Academic Excellence – 1st rank holder at Graduate level
** Padmavati D Sutaria Award for Academic Excellence – 2nd rank holder at Graduate level

** Maniben Chunilal Sutaria Award for Academic Excellence – 1st rank holder at Post Graduate level
