Who Can Apply?
** Offered to minority students studying from class 1st to Class 10th .
** Parents / Guardians income must be within double of income decided for BPL families.
** Student must be a regular student in institutions recognized and located in Uttarakhand State.
** Student must be passed in last examination.
How to Apply?
Just follow the below steps to apply for the Pre-Matric Scholarship For Minority 2019-20
Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of National Scholarship Portal through the URL provided above.
Step 2 : Then Select State Schemes tab and Click on Uttarakhand in the drop down list.
Step 3 : After that Click Apply link in the “Pre-Matric Scholarship For Minority 2019-20” under Uttarakhand
Step 4 : It will redirect to the Login Page. Enter your Application Id, Password and Captcha for Login.
Step 5 : After Login to your account select the Scholarship scheme and fill the required details to apply for the scholarship.
Step 6 : If you are a New User then Click on the Register link in the Login Page.
Step 7 : Enter all required details for registration to get your user id and password. After register your account you can Login and apply the scholarship.
Step 8 : After complete your application you will get a confirmation message to your registered email id & mobile number.
Note : Application complete in all respects, shall be submitted to the Head of the Institution/School.

** Complete filled Scholarship application form
** Self declared Income certificate
** Self declared Minority Status Certificate
** Copy of Date of birth /birth certificate
** Copy of Marks-sheet of passing last examination
** Copy of Permanent Domicile certificate
** Copy of Bank passbook , clearly mentioning account holder name, Bank Branch IFSC Code and Account number
Points to Remember
** Only single registration for all Madrasas.if madrasa has done registration in pre-matric Scholarship Scheme, it does not require no other registration for SPQEM Scheme.
** Ask DMWOs/DSWOs to verify for SPQEM Scheme
** DMWO/DSWO can forward the login creation request to Directorate for login creation.
** Once login created , update madrasa and bank profile, otherwise applicant will not be able to submit his application.
Scholarship Rate
** Students studying up to class 1st to 5th is Rs. 60 /Month
** Students studying up to class 6st to 8th is Rs. 80 /Month
** Students studying up to class 9st to 10th is Rs. 120 /Month
