Uttarakhand Government invites applications for Post Matric Scholarships under the following categories.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must,
** Be a domicile of Uttarakhand studying within or outside the state at a recognized University/Institution.
** Have passed last qualifying examination.
** Have annual family income not more than INR 24000 to INR 44500.
** Not be in receipt of any other scholarship in an academic year.

How to Apply?

Just follow the below steps to apply for the Post-Matric Scholarship For SC/ST/OBC 2019-20

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of National Scholarship Portal through the URL provided above.
Step 2 : Then Select State Schemes tab and Click on Uttarakhand in the drop down list.

Step 3 : After that Click Apply link in the “Post-Matric Scholarship For SC/ST/OBC 2019-20” under Uttarakhand

Step 4 : It will redirect to the Login Page. Enter your Application Id, Password and Captcha for Login.

Step 5 : After Login to your account select the Scholarship scheme and fill the required details to apply for the scholarship.

Step 6 : If you are a New User then Click on the Register link in the Login Page.

Step 7 : Enter all required details for registration to get your user id and password. After register your account you can Login and apply the scholarship.

Step 8 : After complete your application you will get a confirmation message to your registered email id & mobile number.
Note : Application complete in all respects, shall be submitted to the Head of the Institution/School.

Documents Required

** Income certificate of the parents/guardian (should not be older than 6 months).
** Caste certificate
** Domicile certificate
** Mark sheet of High School
** Mark sheet/Certificate of the last examination passed
** Bonafide certificate of institution in which currently studying
** Photocopy of CBS bank account passbook
** Counselling certificate (for OBC students)

Scholarship Amount

** The SC and ST candidates will receive a scholarship up to INR 1200 per month (for hosteller) and INR 550 per month (for day scholar).
** The OBC candidates will receive a scholarship of up to INR 750 per month (for hosteller) and INR 350 per month (for day scholar).
