CMULF DTU Chief Minister’s Urban Leaders Fellowship
The Chief Minister’s Urban Leaders Fellowship programme provides a unique opportunity to young leaders across India to work within Delhi government to address some of the most pressing urban challenges in India, and experience what ‘making change happen’ looks like.

Eligibility Criteria
Outstanding young leaders who are Indian citizens or holding OCI status and between 21-35 years of age.
For Fellows
** Ph.D. degree with minimum one year full-time work experience
** Post-Graduate with minimum 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA) with minimum 3 years full time work experience. Professionals such as MBBS, LLB etc. with minimum 5 year course of study after 12th class will be considered as “Post-Graduate”
** Professionals like Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries etc. who are registered with their respective professional bodies shall be eligible to apply for Fellows if they have minimum 3 years of post-registration work experience

For Associate Fellows
** Post-Graduate with minimum 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA). Professionals such as MBBS, LLB etc. with minimum 5 year course of study after 12th class will be considered as “Post- Graduate”
** Graduate with minimum 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA) with minimum one year full-time work experience

How to Apply?
Just follow the below steps to apply for the CMULF 2018.
Steps :
Step 1 : Visit the official website provided above.
Step 2 : Then click on the “Apply Now” in the end of the page.
Step 3 : Fill the Registration Form with the required details and click on “Submit” button
Step 4 : If you are already registered click on the “Application Form” link.
Step 5 : On successful registration, an email is automatically sent by system to applicant email-id with his/her application number along with the password that they have set during login registration process
Step 6 : After completion of login registration, applicants have to filling their details in application form.
Step 7 : First page of application form are basic details of applicant. Second page of application form require educational and professional details of applicant.
Step 8 : Applicant are advised to check their details in form preview before final submission of form. For any change or update, click on “UPDATE” button.
Step 9 : Once form is submitted then applicant cannot change their information.
Step 10 : On successful submission of form, applicant will receive an email confirmation of same.
Key Features
** Fellows will be assigned to work with Ministers or Senior officials across various departments of Delhi government such as Education, Health, Water, Environment, Transport, Art & Culture etc.
** Fellows will provide analytical support in the formulation of policies, implementation of projects and various governance initiatives.
** Remuneration of Rs. 1,25,000 per month will be provided to Fellows (20 positions) and Rs. 75,000 per month will to Associate Fellows (10 positions).
