Students Eligible :
Who can Apply for Scholarship ?:
1.Student must be of Jharkhand State.
2.Student must be either Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Caste (SC) or Backward Class (BC).
3.Students Annual Family Income from all sources should not exceed as per the list given below.
(i)Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Caste (SC) Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lacs Fifty thousand only)
(ii)Backward Class (BC) Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One lac only)
Who cannot Apply for Scholarship ?:
1.Students belonging to the categories other than SC, ST, BC
2.SC,ST Students whose annual family income is more than Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lacs Fifty thousand). and BC Students whose family income is more than Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One lac)
Student Registration:
First Step :
Student have to go with the option Student registration, on the home page e-kalyan. Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the system then click on save button. After successfully student registration,student will receive sms/email for his/her login details. Upon Student Registration – For Signing In the system will instruct the applicant to login with submit his/her Student Login Name/Mobile No/Email Once Logged in, Student is required to fill the Application form in Details and Click Save Upload the Documents (Scan Copy of originals in JPG/JPEG Format,File Size:150 KB) on the website.
Second Step :
Student should take a print out of the application by clicking on Print button, then sign and upload the requisite documents.
Note:
Students are advised to give their AADHAR linked bank account numbers while applying.
Important Dates:
Post Matric Fresh Application 2015-16 (Within State & Outside State) in student login till 30th September,2015.
Post Matric (Within State & Outside State) Upload the Documents by 10th October,2015.
Post Matric (Within State & Outside State) Colleges/Institutions are requested to verify student details before by 15th October,2015.
For All Colleges/Institutions (Outside State) alredy registerd in our online portal are requested to upload documents like Upload Affiliation/Recognition,Fixed fee structure,Course registration Letter From Govt. or Compitent Authority by the Colleges/Institutions before 31st August,2015.
Post Matric (Within State & Outside State) Colleges are requested to send “Add Request” to pmuekalyan@gmail.com on or before 31st August, 2015.
For All Colleges/Institutions (Outside State) are requested to collect their login credentails before 15th September,2015.

I would like to know whether ekalyan gives total fee of one year more than 1lakh.

As I apply in 2014-15 but I did not receive the scholarship. When I check my status for the scholarship it shows approved by DA officer. Again this time apply for the scholarship and approved to DA officer.
