Hindustan Times invites applications for HT Scholarship Quiz Programme for the year 2019.

Who Can Apply?

Students, who are studying in classes 5th to 9th in Mumbai, Pune and Chandigarh and have scored more than 60% in their last year’s final examination, are eligible for certification and scholarships under the Scholarship Program.

How to Apply?

Application to scholarships can be made only through the following sources
i. Forms published in newspaper HINDUSTAN TIMES Mumbai Pune, Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula Edition

ii. Forms distributed in schools by HT Media Limited representatives
iii. Forms available online official website

Just follow the below steps to apply online for the HT Scholarship Quiz Programme 2019.
Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of Hindustan Times through the URL provided above.

Step 2 : Then click on the “Fill Online Form” in the home page

Step 3 : The forms would need to be filled with accurate details and should be sent to the prescribed address mentioned in the form or handed over to a HTML’s representative.

Note : Incomplete forms would not be considered for the selection process

Required Documents

Following documents need to be enclosed along with the application form
i. Essay as their entry.
ii. Previous year’s academic record
iii. 5 HT Scholarship quiz cuttings from the newspaper

Scholarship Period

For a period Commencing from 4th November 2019 to 8th December 2019 for students of Indian nationality residing in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane regions of Maharashtra, Pune, Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali only.

Scholarship Quiz

There will be a new quiz question and trivia in your copy of Hindustan Times every day (Monday to Friday) during the period of Scholarship programme. Answer the quiz and attach any 5 cuttings with your nomination form before submitting.

Note :
Attaching 5HT Scholarship quiz cuttings are compulsory.The quiz will appear in Hindustan Times newspaper from Monday to Friday, starting from 4th November 2019 to 6th December 2019.

Scholarship Amount

** 60 students will be selected from Mumbai and will be given a scholarship of Rs 50,000 each.
** 35 students will be selected from Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali and will be given a scholarship of Rs 25,000 each.
** 25 students will be selected from Pune and will be given a scholarship of Rs 25,000 each.

Terms & Conditions

** The scholarship amount shall be given to the successful students on production of valid documents for Photo and ID proof.

** Employees of HTML and its affiliates/subsidiaries, sponsors of the scholarship Amount, associated agencies, participating operators and their immediate family members and relatives are not eligible to participate in this scholarship program

** Winners of Hindustan Times Scholarship Programme from any of the previous years are not eligible to participate.
