Jagadis Bose National Science Talent Search Senior Scholarship Test 2015:
Eligibility for Application :
Students who have passed 10 + 2 examination in 2015 and are studying Basic Sciences / Medicine / Engineering in West Bengal are eligible. Pass course and diploma course students are not eligible. The test will be taken on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Life Science.

Application Procedure :
Read the form carefully before filling up. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Candidate may apply online also through our website www.jbnsts.org .
In case of change of residential address before test, notify us immediately.
Along with the completely filled in application form, the following documents should be sent to JBNSTS office, 1300 Rajdanga Main Road, Kasba, Kolkata – 700 107 on or before 5th September 2015.
(i) Three recent passport size photographs to be fixed at appropriate places (in Application Form and Admit Cards).
(ii) Photocopy of the original marksheet of the H. S. or equivalent (+ 2 level) examination.
(iii) Bank Draft of Rs.200/- (non-refundable) payable at Kolkata in favour of “Jagadis Bose National Science Talent Search” as examination fee.
(iv) Self addressed stamped envelope of Rs.10/- (envelope size 20 cm x 12 cm) for sending Admit Card.
(v) Proof of 1st year admission.

Last date for receiving application form at JBNSTS office IS 5th September, 2015
In case you do not receive the Admit card within 20th September, 2015, Please contact JBNSTS Office (033 2442 8267)
Check List:
1. Submit your application along with a draft of Rs.200/- drawn in favour of “Jagadis Bose National Science Talent Search” payable at Kolkata by 5th September, 2015 at JBNSTS.
2. Attest form and photographs (3 places) by yourself.
3. Registration No. will be filled by JBNSTS .
4. Mention your home address (permanent & present) and telephone (land & mobile) numbers properly in the appropriate places.
5. Attach one self addressed stamped envelope of Rs.10/- (envelope size – 20 cm. x 12 cm.) for sending Admit Card.
6. If you do not receive your Admit Card by 20th September, 2015, contact JBNSTS office immediately (033 2442 8267).
7. Enclose photocopy of your H.S. or equivalent (+2 level) Marksheet (self attested).
