Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Arunachal Pradesh invites offline applications for NEC Stipend for the year 2018-19.

Who Can Apply?

** Students who are permanent residents of the Arunachal Pradesh
**Students who have secured minimum of 60% marks in the last examination
** Students are pursuing Technical and Professional courses in Diploma, Degree, Law, Post Graduation, M. Phil or Ph. D. courses as specified by NEC are eligible to apply for the stipend.

Note :
Only those candidates who are not in receipt of stipend/scholarship form any other sources need to apply.

The applicants are also requested to visit www.neccouncil.gov.in for guidelines on NEC scholarship. Just follow the below steps to apply for the NEC Stipend 2018-19.

Step 2 : Then click on the Stipend link in the menu bar.

Step 3 : The application format can be downloaded from the official website or you can directly download it from the below mentioned link.

Step 4 : The application form can be filled and submitted in the office of Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Itanagar latest by 30th November,2018.

17. Whether an undertaking has been furnished in the enclosed forin (Annexure-D) for returning the stipend/book-grant received from NEC in case of violation of terms and conditions of NEC stipend – Yes/No
18. Declaration by the Applicant

Disbursement of Scholarship

Disbursement of NEC Scholarship shall be made on the basis of merit subject to availability of fund. Further, to avail the NEC scholarship applicant Aadhar No. and saving bank account No, are mandatory.

The amount will be released to selected/eligible students through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) by Public Finance Management System (PFMS) platform.
