WBO India Educational Scholarship

World Brotherhood Organisation invites applications for Educational Scholarship for the year 2018-19.

The Scheme aims to augment girl students from underprivileged section of the Society to undertake their post-school education by providing them financial assistance in the form of educational Scholarship.

Who Can Apply?

1. The student enrolled for any accredited regular undergraduate/ postgraduate/management/technical/vocational academic program with any of the recognized/deemed university under University Grants Commission norms or any recognized institution under AICTE norms will be eligible for Scholarship.

2. The student must have secured minimum of 85% marks in aggregate of main/optional subjects in the last qualified examination.
3. The annual family income of the applicant must not exceed Rs. 2.40 lac

Step 1 : Visit the official website of World Brotherhood Organisation provided above
Step 2 : Then download the application form from the official website or you can directly download it from the below mentioned link.

Step 3 : Read the instructions carefully and fill the application form with the required fields.

Step 4 : The Application form in the prescribed form along with the following relevant documents should be submitted to the office of the World Brotherhood Organisation.

Step 5 : Application should be forwarded through the concerned college/institute, duly verified by the head of the Institution.
Note :
Xerox copy of the attached “Application Form For Scholarship” shall be treated as a valid application form.

Required Documents

** Current Salary Certificate/Slip or Income Certificate from the SDM or any other Competent Authority as evidence in support of income.
** Self-attested copy of the fee book/slip of the student containing break-up of the fee details, duly certified by the head of the institution.

** Self-attested copy of the mark sheet of the last examination qualified by the student, duly certified by the head of the institution.

** Self attested copy of any of the following valid documents as proof of residence.
i. Ration Card
ii. Aadhaar Card
iii. Voter ID Card
iv. Passport
v. Driving License

Value of Scholarship

No.of scholarship will be restricted up to 10 (ten) per institution for each academic year. Each Scholarship is equal to the total fee for one year subject to ceiling of Rs. 20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) for the student enrolled/studying in college/institute.

Each candidate will receive annual scholarship through her college/institute by direct payment in the fee account of the student.

Application Last Date

Last date for receipt of Scholarship Application, along with complete documents at World Brotherhood Organization’s office for the academic year 2018-19 is 21st September 2018.
