Aditya Birla Pratibha Scholarship Renewal

Pratibha scholars are eligible for renewal in the subsequent years provided the student has passed and is promoted to next academic session.

Incase a scholar is not promoted, then the scholarship will not be renewed for the new academic year. However, If the applicant is promoted in the following academic year, he/she can submit his/her papers for renewal of the scholarship.

How to Apply?

Candidates will receive an email invitation to renew scholarships, with details of the renewal process & documents required before the renewal window opens.

Just follow the below steps to apply for the Pratibha Scholarship Renewal 2018-19.
Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of Aditya Birla Group through the URL provided above.

Step 2 : Then Click on the “Renew Scholarship” link in the menu bar.

Step 3 : The renewal application form has the following sections

** Personal Details- information about the Student applying for the scholarship and the Parent who is the ABG employee need to be filled in this section.

** Course details- Information about the course has to be filled in this section

** Annual Expenses & Fee structure- The detailed break-up of the fee structure has to be provided- both academic fees & living expenses. Care has to be taken to ensure that refundable/caution deposits have not been included in the amounts filled in this section.

Step 4 : Once you complete the section, you have the option to continue to the next section clicking on ‘Continue’ or you have the option to ‘Save as Draft’ and return later to complete the form

Step 5 : If you chose to ‘Save as Draft’, you can login and complete the form later using the Login button on the homepage. The Parent’s official email id and date of birth will be needed to authenticate and access the application form.

Step 6 : After filling up all the relevant details in the form, please click on Preview. This will show you a preview of your details as filled in application form.

** Check all filled details on the Preview screen. While previewing your form, if you wish to change any of the details, click on Back to Edit and change your details.
** If you have filled all details completely, click on Submit.

Step 7 : You can also print a copy for your records before you submit the application.

Step 8 : Once you submit the completed form online, an email will be sent to both the parent & student asking you to login using the Parent’s official email id and date of birth and upload all the supporting documents in order to complete your application

** Academic details-Mark sheet indicating Promotion to next academic session- Mandatory document

** Institute Fee Structure for 2018-19 – Mandatory document
** Fee receipts – Mandatory document
** Any other documents (extracurricular achievements, vacation training certificate, etc..)

Last Date

Last date for submitting Renewal Applications and supporting documents is September 30th 2018.

FAQs

1. Is the scholarship awarded transferable to another course of study or institute?
The scholarship is specific to the course of study at the designated institute. The scholarship cannot be deferred to another time period or transferred to a course of study at another institute. If the student shifts to a new course or institute a new scholarship application has to be filled.

2. Are books and laptop costs reimbursed?
No, books and laptop expenses are not reimbursed as per the policy. Only the total course fees (tuition + living expenses) is reimbursed.

3. Can application for scholarship be made for more than one child?
Yes. An application can be made for more than one child.

4. Will accommodation / living expenses be reimbursed?
In order to avail for reimbursement for accommodation, the proof of expenses would be an Agreement stating the type of accommodation and the rent being paid.

This letter must be signed by the tenant(s) and the land-lord. The amount will be reimbursed, subject to the budget limit.
