List of students for Verification of documents for release of Scholarship & Fee Reimbursement 2017-18 to MD/MDS/Equivalent Courses on 25/08/2018 at KAS Officers Association Hall Bangalore.

Directorate of Minorities is implementing scholarship Schemes for the year Minorities. During 2017-18, online applications were registered for scholarship through N.S.p (National scholarship Portal).
Accordingly students applied under NSP. some clarifications are required pertaining to the documents uploaded/submitted in this regard.
How to Apply?
Students are informed to attend the verification process conducted by Directorate of Minorities Bangalore on 25-08-2018 at 10.00 am at K A S officers Associations Building Infantry Road, Beside police Commissioner’s office,Bangalore-01. along with the following original Documents and one set of attested Copies to take suitable action for release of scholarship amount regarding Merit- Cum-means Scholarship 2017-18.
Documents Required
1. Online scholarship Application form copy of 2017-18
2. Study Certificate for 2017-18.
3. Marks card of 2016-17 pass out.
4. Fee-Receipt with Admission fee & Tuition Fee clearly mentioned in it. If not Mentioned, bring fee-structure with admission fee & tuition fee mentioned in a letter issued by the Principal with his Seal and Signature along with fee receipt.
5. Bank Pass book first page Xerox. With correct account number and IFSC code.
6. Income & Caste Certificate, issued by the Tahsildar.

My scholarship renewal 2017-18 application got rejected due to last year marks card to which after few days I have submitted a set of documents to minority office in Dharwad since I have got response from minority office. I have visited many times. And I have sent required documents to mail (gokdom AT gmail.com/ mcm1718 AT gmail.com). I request you to sanction my scholarship as soon as possible. I have passed my 4th semester with 7.71 SGPA. My ID is KA201617008096598.
Please let us know, whether the amount of 2017-2018 scholarship has paid (or) not, if paid we have not received the amount.
On 16th July, I got message that, I have to send copy of marks card fees receipt subject as ID number but due to mistake I had not added my ID number. I sent my email on 18th July and even one more time I had sent my email on 20th August. So, kindly sanction my scholarship. My ID number is KA201718001041002.
