National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship :

1. First Stage National Talent Search Exam. (NTSE)-2016 ( 2nd Stage to be conducted by NCERT) and National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Examination NMMS (2015-16).

2. Junior Science Talent Search Examination JSTS 2015-16 Reg. As you are already aware that Science Branch. Directorate of Education, Delhi conducts the above Scholarship Examinations. The further details of which are as below:
(a) NTSE 2016 :
Stage I Examination will be held on 08.11.2015 for the students presently studying In Class X.

Under this Scheme there is a provision of reservation:
(i) SC Category – 15%
(ii) ST Category 7,5% and
(iii) Physically & Hearing Challenged candidates 1’% each.

(b) National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2015-16:
Examination will be held on 22.11.2015 for the students presently studying in Class VIII,Reservation as per MHRD /GOI direction /insuuctions In NMMS Examination, only Govt./GovtAided/NDMC/MCD Schools students are eligible

(c) JSTS Examination 2015-16 will be held on 31.01.2016 for the students presently studying in Class -IX

Admit Cards to be issued from Sc.Branch 01. 10.2015 to 23.10.2015
Date of Exam 08.11.2015 (Sunday) & 22.11.2015 (Sunday)

(B) Schedule for JSTS 2015-16:

Receipt of JSTS Application Performa duly filled in triplicate in Sc. Branch Upto 30.10.2015
Admit Cards to be issued from SC.Br. 11.01.2016 to 22.01.2016

Note:
(a) All HOS may note that caste category cannot be changed after the Submission of Application forms.
(b) Percentage of marks should be Calculated as per grading system and not CGPA.
(e) Attested photocopy of caste! PH certificate must be attached with application form at the lime of submission.
(d) Application Pcrfonna should be downloaded from the Website and submitted in triplicate duly attested by HOS.
