WBMDFC West Bengal Minorities Development & Finance Corporation invites online applications for Post Matric Scholarship Stipend under Talent Support Programme TSP for the year 2018-19.

The above stipend under the Talent Support Programme is to be awarded to the minority students to enable them to study from class XI upto PhD.

Who Can Apply?

** This scheme of the Govt. of W.B. is open for the students belonging to minority communities (Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Sikh, Parsi & Jain).
** Students who have passed their last final examination with less than 50% Marks in the last Board / University Examination

** The annual family Income of Parents / Guardian should not exceed 2 (two) lakhs.
** Students pursuing regular courses of study only are eligible for this scholarship

** Maximum 2(Two) students may apply from a family.
** The students obtaining benefit under this scheme shall not be allowed to avail any other benefits under any other scholarship scheme

How to Apply?

Just follow the below steps to apply for the Talent Support Programme online.

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the Talent Support Programme online Application web portal provided above.

Step 2 : Then click on the Fresh Candidate Registration link in the home page.

Step 3 : Fill up the following student details
** Enter Your First Name [KARTHICK]
** Enter Your Middle Name
** Enter Your Last Name [SANJAY]
** Enter Your Father’s Name [KUMAR S]
** Enter Your Mother’s Name [ABINAYA K]

** Enter Your Husband’s Name (for Married Woman Applicant)
** Enter Your Aadhar No [897654321000]
** Enter Your Date of Birth [11-07-2002]
** Select Your Gender – Male/Female/Others

** Select Are you Physically Handicapped?* -Yes/No
** Select Your Marital Status – Unmarried/Married
** Select Your Religion [Christian]
** Enter Your Family Income(Rs) per Year* [150000]
** Enter Your Mobile [150000]

** Enter Your Phone
** Enter Your Email ID [abc@gmail.com]
** Enter Your Correspondence Address
** Tick the Check Box if the Permanent address is same as the Correspondence Address otherwise fill the permanent details

Step 4 : Select Your User Id & Password, Accept the declarations and Click on Submit button

Note :
** Mobile number once used cannot be used twice
** This mobile must remain active through out the scholarship period since time to time various SMS will be sent to this mobile number only.
** This mobile no will be used for password retrieval

Step 5 : Click on Fresh Candidate Login, enter your User name & Password along with the captcha and update all the details like Personal details, Bank Account details and Apply for the scholarship.

Step 6 : Finally click on Submit button and take note a Permanent Id.

Note :
Students must download the filled in online application and take a print out thereof. The same should be submitted to his/her Institution along with Annual Income certificate, Page of passbook indicating name, account number, IFSC. Income certificate may be issued by Pradhan/ Ward councilor/ Gazette officer/ MlA/ MP.

FAQs

1. Can I edit the information already saved and up-to what time?
All the information can be edited till the final submission of application form. After final submission, your application will be forwarded to the next level and application thereafter cannot be edited.

2. What happens, if I detect mistakes after forwarding the applications to the next level?
You should separately inform the mistakes detected by you to the Institute/District/Region/State. The software provides facility at the level of the Institute & State to edit & correct limited information.

3. Is there any permanent ID?
Yes. A permanent ID (PID) will be provided to the candidate while his/her complete final submission of the online application

4. Can I apply as a Fresh if I am a Renewal candidate?
No, you cannot apply as a fresh if you are a Renewal candidate. Your application will be rejected in that case.

5. How to check the status of my application?
Student can check the status of Online Application by submitting his/her Permanent id.

6. How and when will I know whether my application is selected or rejected?
Status of application can be checked through signing-up with Permanent Registration ID.
