Special Scholarships:
The Headquarters S.B.F Committee to encourage the staff to enrol their children / Dependants in Technical Higher Education courses provides for grant of Scholarships/ Special ScholarshipS as detailed below

Special Scholarships:
M.B.B.S/B.D.S/B.V.Sc/ BHMS/or MBS/BAMS/BUMS
B.E., B.Tech., B.Arch., Bachelor in Environment Planning/ CA/ ICWA/ MCA, BCA, MBA
M.Sc— All Branches B.Pharmacy, BPT
B.Sc – Agriculture, Home Science, Computers, Bio-Technology, IT, Horticulture, Nursing, Micro-Biology
B.Com- (Computers) and ALL Diploma courses exceeding one year duration

General Scholarship :
All courses as above , except Diploma Courses for which S.no.03 Below application

General Scholarship:
To the scholar ward of employees in GP 2800 and above

Diploma Courses, the duration of which is one year and above

Note:
Post graduate courses in the above courses except the Diploma Courses will also qualify for grant of scholarships and would be accorded higher priority

The following guidelines are enumerated for convenience of applicant employees to prefer their claims in favour of their student son/Daughter/Dependant who is prosecuting the course

Note:
The applications should invariably be made in Proforma enclosed to this notification.

The bonafides of the education pursued, Fee Paid etc., should be certified by the College of Study

The application should be made for the year of study in Academic 2014-15. For example, if the student was prosecuting 1st year in 2014-15, the application should be for the 1st year of the course and so on

The attested copy of mark list of the Qualifying Exam should be enclosed to the application. The qualifying exam for the purpose of this notification would be the exam passed in the Academic Year 2013-14

A ward should have successfully PASSED all the subjects in the qualifying exam to be considered for grant of scholarships.

The employees should mention their community viz. SC/ ST/OBC/Minority/UR

The Rate of pay, Grade Pay, Pay Band, held substantively would be the basis for consideration of the application. The above details and the PF number! Contact Phone Number (Riy and MOBILE) should be mentioned in the application.

Application with INCOMPLETE details shall stand rejected
