INCEF Integrated Scholarship Exam

Applications are invited from Parents of Talented Children for INCEF Integrated Scholarship Selection Exam/Test 2018.

Scholarship is offered for students to study from class IV till class XII onwards as per their age at selected and specially structured residential English Medium school (presently schools have been selected at Dehradun & Ranchi) and after passing +2 Exam, INCEF will help them for further higher studies

Who Can Apply?

Talented children (of either sex) having age between 8+ and 11 years as on 31st March 2018.

Note :
Only the children who fulfill the above mentioned age limit will be eligible to participate in the scholarship exam.

Scholarship Amount

** Maximum scholarship to be given to a selected student is Rs.22,500 to study upto class XII.
** Amount of scholarship will be paid directly to the recommended school from class IV (or Class V or VI) to XII.
** No scholarship amount will be paid if the students are not attending the recommended school as a regular student.

Amount of Scholarship Payable as Below:
** To study by staying in recommended Residential English Medium School (presently schools have been selected at Dehradun & Ranchi) where school fee is @ Rs. 30,000.00 p.m. from class IV to X and Rs. 35,000 p.m. for class XI and XII.
** Admission Fee is Rs.50,000/- which will be paid by the parents in full and 75% of school fee will be paid by INCEF’s scholarship amount and 25% of the fee will be paid by the parents, every month.
** After passing class XII (+2), the student will take the admission anywhere in the world for higher studies.

The application will be filled by parents or guardian online for registration on the website www.incefintegratedscholarship.org and Test fee will be paid online.

Steps For Filling Online Registration Form
Just follow the simple steps to fill the Registration Form online

Steps :
Step-1 : Go to the INCEF Integrated Scholarship website through URL www.incefintegratedscholarship.org

Step-2 : Then go to the “Online Registration” link available at the Home Page.

Step-3 : Read the Instructions, Tick the box and click on proceed

Step-4 : Enter the Personal Details like Candidate Name, Gender, Nationality, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) and Class in Which studying at present

Step-5 : Upload the photo of Student and Parent/Guardian.

Step-6 : After that, Enter the Present Address Details like Address, City, State, Pin Code Mobile Number and Email Address.

Step-7 : Enter the Current School Details like Name of the School (Where studying), Address of the School, District, State and Pin Code.

Step-8 : Select the Choice of profession (or) career desired by the parents for their wards for future study.

Step-9 : Click on the “Submit” button to complete the online registration.

Step-10 : After completing the registration, You will be taken to the registration fee payment page.

Selection Process

The Scholarship Selection Test will be done through Online Test, Blood constituent Test and personal interview etc.

Steps in Selection Process

Step-1 : Filling up the online Application form and payment of Registration Fee.
Step-2 : Online Test to be conducted at selected Exam Centres at various places in the Country
Step-3 : Selection of Top 3000 Students for intensive checkup, test and interview.
Step-4 : Blood Test may be done for students selected through online test
Step-5 : Personal Interview after first round selection.
Step-6 : Publication of final merit list and payment of the Scholarship be given to recommended schools directly.
Step-7 : Allotment of school for admission and study.

Mock Test :
Children will be trained at their residence how to give test online and mock test practice will be given to practice to answer in the exam before actual exam.

Exam Date & Venue

Online Exam will be conducted in March’ 2018. Test date will be announced on the website and will also be informed to your Mobile /Email.

Result/Winners Announcement

Selected students will report in the first week of April’ 2018 to their allotted and recommended School. Report and selection information will be communicated to the parents through Email/ Mobile.
