GoSports Foundation PACE Scholarships
Started in 2012, PACE Scholarships are offered by the GoSports Foundation to promising junior athletes from Olympic and Paralympic disciplines in their run-up to graduating to senior competition.

The PACE Scholarships are primarily merit-based, with need being a significant consideration where all other factors are equal.
PACE Scholars are chosen on an annual basis after an open application process and an intense selection procedure. All the aspirants are required to complete a comprehensive application form, which is evaluated by the country’s top coaches. Further selection rounds include personality assessment, physical fitness and athletic skills assessment specific to each sport, and finally an interview with an elite panel of experts.
Applications for PACE Scholarships are generally open in the last quarter of each calendar year and are evaluated annually.
The PACE Scholarships are awarded by the GoSports Foundation to talented, high performing, young athletes to further GSF’s mission of empowering the next generation of sportsmen and women in India.
The PACE Scholarships offer timely and meaningful intervention and encouragement for high performing sportspersons in their run up to becoming world class athletes. The PACE Scholarships are primarily merit-based, with need being a significant consideration, all others factors being equal.
What Do We Do?
** Identify talent across both Olympic and Paralympic sporting disciplines and award scholarships
** Periodically track PACE scholars’ performance and provide them with feedback to enable them to excel in their chosen sport
** Support athlete from the disciplines of Badminton, Sailing, Swimming, Table Tennis, Tennis, Differently-abled and other Olympic sports
** Provide PACE Scholars with financial grant to cover certain training, equipment and participation expenses
** Provide access to nutritionist, mental fitness coach, sports video analysts and other empanelled experts
** Basic PR with respect to sporting performances
