Notice for Document Verification 2017-18 for scholarship disbursement of UPSTSE examination conducted in 2016-17

Guidelines for Uttar Pradesh Science Talent Search Examination 2016-17 Document Verification for Scholarship disbursement 2017-18

1. Document verification will be carried out as per the following schedule. The candidates are advised to come for document verification on the given dates at any one of the following places as mentioned below.

Venue:Ghaziabad – Delhi Public School, Rajnagar, Opposite Sail Godown, Behind Morta Police Station, NH – 58, Meerut Road Ghaziabad (U.P.)
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Students form Class 10 Merit list & 01:00pm. to 4:00 p.m. Students form Class 12 Merit list

Venue : Varanasi – Conference hall (New Lecture theatre), Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi – 221005
Time : 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Students form Class 10 Merit list & 01:00 pm. to 4:00 p.m. Students form Class 12 Merit list

Time : 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. All students who cannot come for document verification on 06-01-2018 and 08-01-2018 for whatsoever reasons.

Required Documents

2. The students are required to bring the following documents:
(a) Document verification form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
(b) Photocopies of all marksheets/certificates starting from class 10 upto their present class. These photocopies should be attested by Principal/Head of Dept./Director of the Institute/College.
(c) Bonafide certificate issued by Current School/College/Institute. Original copy of the Bonafide certificate is compulsory for availing the scholarship.
(d) Original and photocopy of Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card/Bank Pass Book/College ID proof /Passport/Pan Card/Driving Licence/Voter ID)
(e) Cancelled cheque issued by Bank or Bank Passbook of the applicant. Account should be in the name of the candidate only. Guardians A/c Detail will not be accepted. Joint account of the student with parent/ guardian is allowed. (The candidates are advised to submit the same account details in which the scholarship amount was credited previously)

3. Original documents to be shown during the document verification.
4. The students are requested to reach in the venue 15 minutes before time.
5. Parents/Guardians are not allowed inside the document verification venue.
