Scholarship Eligibility :
1. Faculties from the states of Haryana, Punjab and U.P. and U.T.s of Chandigarh and Delhi are eligible for partial or full scholarship.
2. Also the candidates belonging to SC / ST category can also avail full scholarship(You need to submit SC / ST certificate in a format prescribed by the list.

FAQ :
What is the process that needs to be followed for getting the scholarship?
** Scholarship needs to be applied by both Faculty and Student (the amount of benefit may be different).

Following is the process for availing the scholarship:
** Applicants should carry out the one-time registration on the website.
** After registration, you browse to the course(s) of your interest and fill the scholarship application.
** We will process the scholarship application and send the amount of scholarship qualified for and details of next steps that need to be followed.

Why I need to apply for scholarship, when the course is free?
The course is not free, we’re offering 100% scholarship for the faculties for a limited period of time, which makes it free for you. But, to avail that course free of charge, you need to apply for a scholarship, which is a general process in our system.

Can I apply scholarship for only a single course?
** No, You can apply for scholarship for multiple courses available with us. However, you need to apply for scholarship for one course at a time.

** Once you’ve applied for it, and have completed the course successfully, only then we shall permit you to apply for the scholarship for next course.

** We try to provide scholarships to all the scholarship applicants, so that they can benefit from this initiative.
** Alternatively, you can go ahead with multiple courses concurrently, but you’ll need to pay the full fee for those courses, except the one in which you’ve got the scholarship benefits.

When do I have to submit the course fee, in case my scholarship application is accepted or rejected?
** Once you’ve applied for the scholarship, we’ll communicate the maximum benefit amount that we’re entitled to provide against that course, for which you applied. We’ll also provide the details of balance amount, and the time limit for making the payment.

Why is the email id of HOD/supervisor required for applying for scholarship?
** Since we’re trying to provide scholarship benefits to all of our applicants, we require these details as a source of authentication, before we give you access to the courses.

What are the criteria that you consider for granting scholarship?
** One of the aims of the E & ICT academy is to provide quality learning to faculties and students. Currently we are entitled to provide scholarship to the faculties (and students) from Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi and Chandigarh. The range of Scholarship can be up to 100% based on the merit of the applicants.

For granting scholarship, how do you determine the merit of an applicant?
** The merit of the applicants shall be decided as per their highest qualifications, and their respective academic and co-curricular achievements. We try to provide maximum scholarship benefits to all our applicants based on their merits, and applicant shall only pay the balance amount after adjusting the scholarship.
