Shortlisting Process
Students will be shortlisted for interviews on the basis of their essay, academics and extracurricular achievements, by a team of experts.
Interview Process
A panel of senior editors will interview the shortlisted students and select the winners.
Award Function
Winners will be felicitated at a special award function in February 2018.

Program Overview
The Hindustan Times Scholarship programme is a unique endeavour. It seeks to recognise and reward the brightest young minds. And it seeks to do so in a manner that transcends the conventional means of rewarding a child by assessing her academic performance.
This programme, one of the several initiatives by HT in the field of education was launched in 2011 in Mumbai. Over the years, more than 4 lakh students have participated in the program from 250+ schools.

I have participated in the HT scholarship but I forgot to attach the quiz cuttings but I have it. I have submitted the paper very early so would my essay not be checked? I am a big fan of yours, please tell me a way. Also, when are the results declared because I am very eager to know the winner.

In my village Chakrial,Punjab Hindustan times is not available. What should I do?
We have holidays from 22nd December to 2nd of January. So how will we get quiz questions from newspaper? There is no any question regarding quiz on page number 4 of Hindustan times.

** Students who are studying in classes 5th to 9th and have scored more than 60% in the last year’s final examination are eligible.
** Students can participate in the scholarship program by filling the nomination forms which shall be made available at schools and published in Hindustan Times Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali Edition and Download forms from “htscholarship.in”. Answer the quiz and attach any 5 cuttings with your nomination form before submitting
