Medley Pharma Scholarship

Medley Pharma Scholarship 2017 invites applications for the Class 10th passed or onwards students who are doing various courses under the category, e.g., Junior College, Graduation, Diploma Course, Degree Course, Post Graduation, I.T.I, Management Course, etc., and got at least 60% marks in the last exam.

The two objective of this program- ‘Promotion of Education’ and ‘Providing Medical Services to the Underprivileged’. The selected students will receive up to INR 10,000 per annum and up to INR 1,00,000 interest-free loan.

Eligibility

** Students of Class 10th passed or onwards doing various courses under this category, e.g., Junior College, Graduation, Diploma Course, Degree Course, Post Graduation, I.T.I., Management Course, etc., are eligible to apply.
** Students should have secured at least 60% marks in the last examination.
** The student should be the resident of Maharashtra and be pursuing the course in Maharashtra only.
** The total family income should not exceed INR 2 Lac per annum.
** Documents need to be produced for the declaration of the income like salary slip, I.T. Return, Income Certificate issued by Tehsildar Office.
** One student per family shall be assisted during a particular period. No two students from the same family can be assisted at the same time during that particular year.

Application Procedure

The application can be submitted by email or by a person with the following steps:

Step 1: Download the application form.
Step 2: Fill in the personal details.
Step 3: Enter your academic details.
Step 4: Attach the required documents.
Step 5: Email (mail.medleylab.com) it or submit it in person.

Documents to be attached

This application should be accompanied by the following documents :
1. Photocopy copy of Result duly notarised. (Result of All the academic years)
2. Photocopy of Salary Pay-slip / Pension-slip of Parent or Guardian/ Current year Income Certificate issued by Tehsildar duly certified.
3. Photocopy of Ration Card, Electricity Bill & Maintenance Bill.
4. Photocopy of Identity Card, if available.
5. Guarantor’s Photocopy of Salary Pay-slip/IT Return of last Financial Year/Address proof/Photo ID-PAN Card/Voter’s ID

Note:
Incomplete forms without proper details will be rejected. The trustees reserve the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. This is a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programme of Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd. conducted through NGO Sinkhai Foundation Trust.

Award

** Sanction up to INR 10,000 p.a. but not exceeding INR 10000 for the entire program is on the non-refundable basis
** More than INR 10000 to maximum 1,00,000 will be granted as an interest-free loan which will be refundable by the candidate after completion of course but within 5 years.
** The repayment should be started from six months after completion of the course or one month after securing employment, whichever is earlier
