Instructions For New Students :
Total Member ID:
To apply on the new portal, you will have to register your entire member ID on the portal. So click here to know your overall member ID.

Portal college kod :
Each college has been given a 5 digit college quote by the portal. When filling the online application you will have to fill your college.

Portal courses / branch quotes:
Every course / branch has been given a 4-digit quote by the portal. When filling the online application, you will have to fill your course / branch.

High School (Class 10) Roll Number:
To apply on the new portal, you will have to register on the portal by looking at your high school (Class 10) roll number, the name of the board and the examination year’s information from the mark sheet. Therefore, prepare a mark sheet of your high school (class 10) and upload it to a 100 KB scanable copy portal.

Applicant ID of the old scholarship portal for renewal episodes:
If you were approved last year through the Scholarship Old Scholarships portal, you will have to enter the application name of the old Scholarship Portal while applying your renewal. This will bring your old record to the portal and the renewal process can be easily done in less time.

Transfer / Transfer Certificate:
In order to apply on the new portal, you will have to enter the information of transfer / transfer certificate issued by your last institution / school on the portal.

Mark sheet of final exam:
In order to apply on the new portal, you will have to attach the photo copy of the mark sheet to your final examination. The same will be settled on the basis of the said mark sheet.

Family annual income certificate:
In order to apply on the new portal, you will have to submit the complete information of the family annual income certificate on the portal and upload the certificate on the scanned copies portal.

caste certificate :
In order to apply on the new portal, you will have to submit the complete information of your caste certificate on the portal and upload the 100 KB of certificate on the scanned copies portal.

Aadhar number:
To apply on the new portal, you will have to enter your Aadhaar number on the portal. If your organization operates in DBT district (Bhopal, Jabalpur, Hoshangabad, Harda, Khandwa) then it is mandatory to register your base number on the portal. Application will not be valid in the absence of Aadhaar number

IFSC CODE and Bank Account Number of Bank Branch:
After acceptance of the application of scholarship, the internal tution fee and maintenance allowance will be e-transferred directly to your account. For this, when applying to the new portal, you will have to register your bank account number, branch of the IFSC code portal.

So collect all the above information and certificates before the new Scholarship Portal 2.0.
