CCB Welfare & Scholarship Online Application

CCB has invited online Scholarship Applications Form 2018 for the students of various courses under Welfare and Scholarship Scheme for the reserved quota in Govt. approved colleges or Universities in India.

Associated Institutions have reserved 20% seats for SC/ST/OBC/Minority/ General Candidates of all states. To avail this benefit, you must fill up the online scholarship application form and take admission in your choice colleges through CCB in its participating institutions.

Scholarship Process & Steps

** Select your state.
** Read the matters carefully.
** Apply Online and take print out of Application Receipt.
** Take printout of counselling letter from the website on ‘or’ after 25th May, 2018.

** Attend the counselling proccess as mentioned in your counselling letter.
** Select your choice college from the colleges list of CCB.
** Take printout of Allotment Latter from CCB.

** Report to your alloted college and do admission process within 10 days of allotment.
** Inform your admission to CCB on Website ‘or’ call ccb on XXXXXXXXXX (CCB Scholarship Department) for final scholarship approval.

How to Apply?

Follow the below steps to Apply Online,
1. Visit the Official Website (ccbnic.in)
2. Click the “Apply Online” link

3. Select your state to apply for Scholarship
2. To fill your Application Form enter the following details

Step 1 : Enter Name – Please remember your name as you type in textbox for future reference.
Step 2 : Enter Father’s Name
Step 3 : Enter Date of Birth
Step 4 : Select Sex – Male/Female
Step 5 : Select Cast Category – SC/ST/OBC/General/Minority

Step 6 : Select Courses – Please select course for scholarship program. [Note- Maximum 2 course allowed.]
Step 7 : Enter E-Mail

Step 8 : Enter Candidate Mobile No.
Step 9 : Enter Guardian Mobile No.
Step 10 : Enter Whats-app Mobile No.

Download Application Receipt

After completing your Application you can download your Application Receipt. Please follow the below steps,

Download Allotment Letter

To download your Allotment Letter Click on the “Download Allotment Letter” link in the home page and Enter your Name & Date of Birth

Some Important Points

** Counselling Letter of Jharkhand & Other State will be available to download from 18th May, 2018. Counselling Letter of Bihar will be available to download from 21 May, 2018.

** Scholarship amount will be given and adjusted in college fee on admission.
** Hostel fee and some other miscellaneous charges will be paid by the candidates.

** Students can choose any of the college and its course and its branch on their own choice from the list of CCB.
** List will be provided at the time of counselling. Please read counselling process for the details.

** Students, who are interested to take admission in their choice course and college, can fill up the Allotment Form and get Allotment Letter after counselling process.

** After allotment, students must report to the college physically on the given date and time with the Allotment Letter of CCB and required original documents for final admission procedure at the college.

Important Updates

** Last date of scholarship application is 10th Aug 2018.
** Only few seats are left under scholarship scheme. Admission under reserved seats will close on 10th Aug 2018.

** BDS & MBBS admission is completely closed.
** Few seats are left for B.Pharma, B.Sc. Agriculture, Para medical courses, HM and other courses and may close by 25th July 2018.
** Online Counselling and Allotment will close on 10th Aug, 2018.

Important Information :
** Candidates of CCB – 2018 have to apply either online or offline.
** Students must attend the counseling of CCB on their given date. If counselling letter not received, please call on CCB contact numbers.

** Candidates are allowed to submit or send only one application form for one or two courses. More than one application for the same course i.e. multiple applications form, would be rejected.
** But one candidate can apply for more than one courses at once.

** Counselling fee :  Absolutely Free.
** You may not get this scholarship if you are not eligible.

** If any of the student submits his/her college fee and documents in the college at the time of admission and want to cancel admission afterward, it will be returned by the college.

** The original certificates/ documents verification done at the time of admission.
** The candidates are advised to retain the same mobile number and email-id because the important information may be send to the candidates through SMS or e-mail.
