Important Instructions :
It is essential to attach following evidence with Form-A which are applicable:
(1) Certified Xerox copy of mark sheet of annual examination of Std. XII.
(2) Certified Xerox copy of mark sheet of final annual exam / semester in degree, or other specified course.
(3) Certified Xerox copy of School leaving certificate in Std. XII
(4) Certified Xerox copy of Trial Certificate.
(5) Copy of statement —B and statement -C.
(6) Application will be rejected if above instructions are not compiled with and evidence not attached.

Scope : The Scope of this trust shall be Gujarat State.

Objectives :
The objectives of this trust be as follows :
1. Publicity and diffusion of education and to generate competent youths of higher level in the society.
2. In order to full fit the obovenoted objective the bright students shall be provided with books, educational implements instruments scholarships, Loan or classes shall be run to import education to students from the in come of interest on funds of the trust.
3. This trust shall work for bright students and especially for higher education purpose it shall also offer assistance to male and female students having specific genius in different fields, it shall distribute prizes and give awards to students and also grant financial assistance to students going to abroad.
4. With a view to fulfill above objectives, all Kinds of donations, presents, funds other funds, grants, subsidies and other assistance shall be accepted and managed by director indeed encouragements.
5. To carry out activities useful to the society and welfare works.
6. This trust shall accept the public trust or its property and funds, which works for education and welfare work of the society.
7. any income, property or fund shall be entrusted to other trust having same objectives.
8. Keeping the income of trust of respective time in view, the expenditure shall be in cured on objective and to the extent as deemed fit to the trustees.
9. In order to fulfill the objectives of the trust any activities and work shall be under taken but not with standing anything contained in this trust deed, in come of this trust shall be used only for objectives and its differ ion approved for obtain exemption w/s 80 (9) of in come Tax act, 1961 and as provided under the said act.
