MCJ Scholarship Programme:
For connecting communities, strengthening peace and communal harmony, Rehab India Foundation started MCJ Programme and decided to sponsor 30 talented and economically deprived students.

The planning started in early 2013. After a marathon effort starting from Project planning, advertising for applications of bright students, conducting entrance exam, shortlisting the best of all our applicants, and conducting orientation programs for the shortlisted students, we were able to secure admissions of 3 students in Regular Course and 11 students in Distance Course. Ataur Rahman got admission in Swami Ramanand Teerth Marhatwada University (Maharashtra), Ruksar in Jamia Millia Islamia (Delhi) and Faisal Khan in Bhartiya Vidhya Bhavan (U.P). And, 11 other students have enrolled in M.A Journalism Distance course in Sikkim Manipal University. As of now, we have given shape to 14 students in the media field.

These students would not just acquire sponsorship to full fill their academic needs, but they will get opportunity to deal with the problems the common man is facing. They will act as an agent to overcome the negativity prevailing in the country within and among different communities. They will be part of special training programme to enhance their skills to keep them competitive and ready for high profile job in main stream media after their studies. In addition, moral and ethical sessions would be organised to develop their personality. This apart, a job oriented training module is shaped especially for the students of distance course.

All the students will start doing the following activities right from day one:
** Act as media watch group; print, visual, e-media
** Effective media interventions
** RTI Activism
** Report writing for NGOs
** Photojournalism
** Press meet/Press Conference
** Grammar classes and spoken English
** Microsoft Office, Quark Xpress

MSW Scholarship & Stipend Programme:
Rehab MSW Programme is a participatory approach of development by selecting students from villages where the rehab projects exist. The reason behind the selection of students from the villages is to build social workers for leadership roles in developing and providing services to individuals, families, groups, communities and Village as whole.

Rehab MSW Programme is designed for students who have completed graduation and would like to pursue their Master Degree in Social Work. The participants get admission in the IGNOU MSW Programme and experience one week training procedure every month at Rehab Head Office, Abul Fazal Enclave, New Delhi.
