The Bayer’s Scholarship Program has been initiated with the purpose of appreciating meritorious academic performance of students at various educational institutions.
Four institutes in India are currently covered under this program, namely:
** Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.
** Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pant Nagar.
** Indo German Training Center, Mumbai.
** Narsee Monjee Institute of Pharmaceutical Management, Mumbai.
The selection process for the program takes a holistic view of academic scores and cognitive ability. The Bayer Scholars are finally selected after a round of personal interactions with a panel comprising of Bayer management. Commercial Excellence Leadership Program :
India is identified as one of the four growth markets for the Bayer CropScience business globally. The objective of the Commercial Excellence Leadership Program (CELP) is to, systematically develop talent with a commercial focus to take up international general management assignments in a short to medium term. It provides talents with a steep learning curve opportunity so that at an early age potential leaders are developed.
The rotation program is of 24 months duration and covers four main pillars of Sales, Operational Marketing, Flexible Assignments and Strategic Projects. The requirement for selection includes an MBA degree from a premier institute along with 2-3 years of professional experience.
