Scholarship For Regular Foundation Courses:
Scholarship for Foundations:
Category – A :
(A student can avail any ONE of the scholarships in Category-A whichever is the highest)

(i) Based on Admission cum Scholarship Test (ACST):
Name – Scholarship %- Criteria:
Platinum Scholar (A) – 25% – This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students whose score will be above 75% in institute’s Admission cum Scholarship test.
Platinum Scholar (B) – 20% – This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students whose score will be above 70% in institute’s Admission cum Scholarship test.
Diamond Scholar (A) – 15% – This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students whose score will be above 65% in institute’s Admission cum Scholarship test.
Diamond Scholar (B) – 10% – This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students whose score will be above 60% in institute’s Admission cum Scholarship test.
Gold Scholar – 5%- This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students whose score will be above 55% in institute’s Admission cum Scholarship test.

(ii) Based on School Exams Performance:
Name – Scholarship % – Criteria:
Mega Scorer – 20% – This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to all those students who have secured A1 Grade in all subjects or above 95% marks in Mathematics & Science (i.e. in class VIII / IX) or have secured 1st Rank at School Level (i.e. in class VIII / IX). Attested mark-sheet and/or report cards will have to be submitted by the student at the time of admission.
Star Scorer – 10% – This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to all those students who have secured A1 Grade in Science, Maths & English or above 90% marks in Mathematics & Science (i.e. in class VIII / IX) or have secured Rank 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th at School Level (i.e. in class VIII / IX). Attested mark-sheet and/or report cards will have to be submitted by the student at the time of admission.

(iii) Based on Performance in Competitive Exams:
Name -Scholarship % – Criteria
National Olympiads/ Scholarship Exams- 30% – This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students who have secured Rank between 1 to 10 in National Olympiads / Scholarship Exams such as NTSE (Stage-II) / TECHNOTHLON / NMMS / JSTS / KVPY (Attach Proof).
International Olympiads – 35% -This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students who have qualified NSEs conducted by HBCSE / APhO / CBSE-TERI GREEN Olympiads (Attach Proof).

Category – B :
(A student can avail any ONE of the scholarships in Category-B whichever is the highest)

Name -Scholarship% – Criteria:
Ex-Aakashians (R) – 10% – A student moving from Class VIII to IX or IX to X shall be given 10% scholarship of the amount of tuition fee paid by him/her in previous class IX (VIII or IX).
Ex-Aakashians (DLP) – 30%* – A correspondence Course / DLP student moving from class VIII to IX or IX to X in classroom course shall be given 30% scholarship of the amount of tuition fee paid in class VIII to IX or IX to X in DLP.
Doctor/Teacher/ Engineer’s ward – 5% -This scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students whose father or mother is a Doctor / Teacher / Engineer (Diploma / Degree holder) by profession (Attach proof).
Single Parent/ Divorcee – 10%- This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students who have lost their father and the mother of student is only single earning member of the family. Proper application and proof in this regard will have to be submitted by the mother. The benefit will be given to the ward of Divorcee also.
SC / ST – 5%- This Scholarship on tuition fee will be given to SC / ST category students. (Attach Proof).
Siblings – 5% -TThis scholarship on tuition fee will be given to those students whose brother or sister is currently studying with us. In this case, scholarship will be given to the student who is taking admission and not to already studying. However, in case, if two brothers/ sisters take admission together at the same time, then they both will get the benefit.

*30% of the fee paid by the student in Distance Learning Programs (DLP)

Note:
The scholarships of Category-A & B can be clubbed and is offered on Tuition Fee only.

Scholarship means Fee Concession; Fee Discount; Fee waiver

If at any point of time government decides to charge Service Tax on the scholarship/ concession amount/ fee waiver and in prize money, then the service tax shall be borne by the students.
